Grassland industry is the largest and most widely distributed industry in the agricultural and animal husbandry system.Establishing a large-scale and high-yield forage industry system can provide a solid feed base for the "dairy industry revitalization" plan of animal husbandry,which is of great significance in building a well-off society,adjusting industrial structure and promoting farmers' income.In order to increase the yield of forage in large area,we must use mechanical tools to improve the sowing efficiency and shorten the sowing time.Therefore,the development of precision metering machine for forage to scientifically improve the sowing quality and forage yield has become an indispensable and important way to develop modern agriculture and animal husbandry.However,at present,there are few machines specially used for forage seed metering in China.Because of the lack of attention to the development of related fields and late research,the research on precision seed metering device in forage field is not ideal.Therefore,in view of the above problems,this study has carried out the design of precision forage seed metering components and its monitoring system.The 9BS seed metering machine is selected as the experimental model in this design.On this basis,the design of small-size forage seed metering machine is carried out,including the design of precision forage seed metering box,the design of spiral agitator of seed box,the design of seed guide tube,the design of loose seed components and the design of seed metering monitoring system.?According to the principle of zero-speed seeding,the movement of forage seeds was analyzed,and the way of small-sized seeds entering the seed bed was calculated and designed to improve the quality of seeding.The key components are modeled in three dimensions,and the 3D printing parts are tested.Finally,the test data are compared with the industry standards.Through the analysis of the experimental results of the trial-produced metering machine,it can be concluded that the design meets the industry standards,the performance of the metering device is reliable,the seed damage rate is low in the process of metering,and it has great reference significance in the field of sowing small-sized seeds.
