Equipment for rice nursery plant can improve the rice crop yields,and pneumatic vibration precision seeder has a good application foreground as it dose not need to grading choice and will not hurt seeds too.Predecessors have conducted the widespread thorough research on the influencing factors of suction seed metering system from seed force in chuck airflow field and the motion law of vibration of the disk group,and gave reasionable suggestion for improving effection of sowing.But the job includes supply seeds and detect sow effect are still done by manual work on,which make rehanding and low efficiency,so these jobs were done aim at solving problems mentioned above:As the air suction and seed discharging process has been performed continuously,so that seeds mass in the vibration plant will lessen when pneumatic vibration precision seeder works,it needs supplying seeds system to cooperate for maintaining effection of sowing after loop sow some times.And at the meanwhie,it also needs to design detecting sowing effect system for the plant equipment.The mechanical part of device is consist of mounting plate of stepper motor,cell wheel,rotating shaft,bearing and coupler.The control and execute part is consist of PLC controller,touch screen,stepper motor and photoelectric sensor.The parameter of cell wheel hole was determine based on EDEM smulation experiment and analyze,to repalce original outer geneva mechanism;The supply seeds method was also determine,which photoelectric sensor counts plant number,and PLC controller control stepper motor to drive cell wheel rotate when plant number achieve the set count,but interval relationship between supply seeds device and suction metering system need to be analyzed and confirmed according to working process of precision planter;Supply seeds device was designed through above theoretical analysis,which can supply seeds at the interval time.The sow effect detection experimental platform was designed based on machine vision and GABP algorithm,whose hardware was consist of camera and light source for capturing nursery tray image,and software was consist of Labview module for image capture and detection results,MATALB modulefor image process,which will replace manual detect,and also detect sow effect of precision planter equiped automatic quantitative supply seeds device,and rationality of device design was verified at the same time.The quantitative supply seeds experiment was carried out,for verifying rationality of presupposed parameter,and supply seeds effect of device.3 set experiments were carried out,which each set was repetitive 3 times by chosing 10 plants,15 plants and 20 plants through changing counting parameter of photoelectric sensor.The results showed that average of fpy were 91.96%,90.98%,90.31%respectively.But low supply seeds frequency will be better for machine consisdering service life.And finally it was determine that 15 plants was appropriate for each supply seeds interval.The supply effect achieved expectation when sowing 15 plants continuously after supply seeds,and average fpy was 91.30%,which each plant average fpy was higher than 90%.Simulation test and indoor test were performed respectively.And recognition accuracy improved 0.64%,0.91% respectively of 1 grain and 2 grains in the hole thorough increasing training and tesing samples.Average algorithm available was 1.118 s after a few experiments,chose 15 plants which conducted once supply seeds job.The actual average qualified rate reached92.15%,better than 90% which met with requirement,and the qualification rate of sofeware testing reached 88.26%,and relative error was 4.2%,which near to manual detection.Automation level of seeder was further improved after using automatic quantitative supply seeds device,and whose reasonability of design was also verified by seeding effect detection.
