In this experiment, sugarcane by-products were added to the diet of cattle and sheep to explore the scientific utilization of feed stock for sugarcane by-products.Part 1:Detemination of nutrient digestibility of sugarcane by-products and establishment of a digestible energy prediction equation.36 Simmental bulls of about 1 year old and about 350 kg were selected and divided into 6 groups?6 replicates in each group,1 in each replicate?.The endogenous indicator method was used to determine the apparent digestibility of nutrients, and the digestibility of sugarcane by-products Was calculated by a crossover test. The experimental 1 design for determining the digestibility of sugarcane tops silage?test 1?was divided into trial phase I and trial phase II.In the I phase, group 1 was fed TMR that elephant grass for roughage, group 2 was fed TMR that with 30%?DM?sugarcane tops silage to replace elephant grass. In the II phase was fed TMR that with 30%?DM?sugarcane tops silage to replace elephant grass, and the group 2 feed TMR that elephant grass for roughage. Each phase lasts 14 days, including 9 days of pre-feeding pe:riod and 5 days of testing period, the total test was 28 days. The alkalized sugarcane bagasse?test 2?and the steam explosion sugarcane bagasse?test 3?were designed to be the same as the sugarcane tops silage. The results showed that the dry matter apparent digestibility of sugarcane tops silage, alkalized sugarcane bagasse and steam explosion sugarcane bagasse were 83.18%,59.74%and 62.22%,the organic matter apparent digestibility was 74.74%,58.96%and 61.56%,total energy apparent digestibility was 70.98%,59.61%and 62.72%,the crude protein apparent digestibility was 66.93%,12.16%and 15.69%;neutral detergent fiber apparent digestibility was 47.47%,32.65%and 38.28%;acid detergent fiber apparent digestibility was 33.77%,25.70%and 22.04%.The digestible crude protein was 5.21%,0.21%and 0.33%,the digestible energy was 12.78 MJ/kg,10.14 MJ/kg and 10.76 MJ/kg.The relative deviation between the measured value of the grain energy and the predicted value is small that use GE=5.411-2.619 CP+15.097 OM-2.619 NDF-0.223 ADF,DE=0.320+18.088 DOM and DE=0.389-0.727 DCP+18.082 DOM for days containing 30%sugarcane tops silage, alkalized sugarcane bagasse or steam explosion sugarcane bagasse.Part 2:Study on the application of different microbes to the treatment of sugarcane tops silage in Nubian goats.72 Nubian goats and rams with an initial weight of 24.5 kg were selected for testing.According to the initial weight, the goats were divided into 4 treatment groups according to the randomized block test design.Goats in the control group?C group?were fed a basal diet without adding any strain of sugarcane tops silage, and the others in the experimental groups?T1:Adding of Lactobacillus plantarum,Lactobacillus casei,Lactobacillus fermentum and Lactobacillus rhamnosus mixed treatment of sugarcane tops silage.T2:Adding a commercial starter containing Aspergillus niger,Bacillus subtilis and Aspergillus oryzae to mix treatment of sugarcane tops silage and T3:Adding Bacillus subtilis and Pediococcus lactis commercial starter mixed treatment of sugarcane tops silage?were fed diets which used microbial treatment of sugarcane tops silage replaced without any strain treatment of sugarcane tops silage.18 goats per group, the test was divided into 7 days of pre-feeding period and 42 days of formal period. The results showed that:The sugarcane tops silage had no significant effect on the ratio of acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid and acetic acid to propionate in Nubian goats and the weight-to-weight ratio of T1 group was significantly lower than that of T3 group and T1 group significantly increased the apparent digestibility of CP.The serum indexes of each group were not significantly different.Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes are dominant microorganisms rumen of phylum in Nubian goats.Chytridiomycota and Ascomycota are the main dominant phylum in the rumen fungal of Nubian goats.Prevotella1,F082norank,RikenellaceaeRC9gutgroup,Bacteroidales RF16 groupnorank,Fibrobacter and Prevotellaceae UCG-001 are the main microorganisms rumen of genus in Nubian goats.Piromyces,Aspergillus,Neocallimastix,Acrophialophora and Caecomyces are the main dominant genus in the rumen fungal of Nubian goatsBased on the above results, among the several sugarcane by-products,the sugarcane top silages have the highest value, and the steam explosion sugarcane bagasse is better than the alkalized sugarcane bagasse. The effects of different microbial treatment of sugarcane tops silage on Nubian goats have different effects on apparent nutrient digestibility, and there is no significant difference in rumen volatile fatty acid and production performance and blood biochemical indicators have no effect. The addition of Lactobacillus plantarum,Lactobacillus casei Lactobacillus fermentum and Lactobacillus rhamnosus to the sugarcane tops silage increased of relative abundance the Prevotella 1,Fibrobacter and Prevotellaceae UCG-001 in the rumen, and improves the ability of the rumen to degrade the fiber. The addition of Bacillus subtilis and Pediococcus lactis cane silage through Caecomyces affects the colonization of Fibrobacter in the rumen, reducing the abundance of fibrin in the rumen.
