| In this study,Magang Goose was used as the test object.The effects of different types of test materials on the emptying period of Magang Goose were explored by preparing forage test materials with different types of feed ingredients,Then the Fasting-Empting method and bionic method were used to determine the metabolizable energy of Sugarcane Tops(ST),the final study used different proportions of ST on the growth performance,slaughter performance,organ development and other aspects of 1 to21 days old Magang Goose,providing a basis for the rational use of ST in goose diet.The experiment is divided into three parts: The first part is to prepare the forage test materials with different energy feeds,protein feeds,fiber feeds and titanium dioxide as indicators to explore the effect of feed type on the emptying period of Magang Goose.In the second part,the ST in the Wenchang area of Hainan were collected,and the conventional nutrients,total flavonoids and aflatoxin content of these samples were determined to determine the feed type of ST.Then,by exploring the Magang Goose,the optimal ratio of ST and the time of emptying the feces were measured to determine the accurate metabolizable energy of ST.The metabolizable energy of ST was measured by biomimetic method and compared with it.The third part is the feeding experiment.The single factor test design is adopted.900 healthy 1 day old Magang gooses are randomly divided into 6 treatment groups,each treatment is 6 repetitions,and 25 geese are repeated for each.The ST content of each group was 0 %,2 %,4 %,6 %,8 % and 10 %,respectively,and the test period was 21 days.Results:(1)When the metabolic energy of energy feeds and protein feeds is determined by emptying gavage,the 24-hour Fasting-Empting method can be adopted.When measuring the metabolic energy of coarse crude fiber with higher crude fiber content,the goose cannot The gavage test material was emptied at 24 h,and a 36 h Fasting-Empting method was recommended.(2)Apparent metabolizable energy and apparent energy utilization rate of sugarcane shoots were 6.84 MJ/kg and 41.09%,and true metabolic energy and energy utilization were7.70 MJ/kg and 46.21%.The biomimetic method for the determination of sugarcane shoot enzymatic hydrolysis was lower than that of empty gavage,and the difference was between0.87 and 0.99 MJ/kg.(3)In the ST feeding experiment,the initial weight,terminal weight,average daily gain,average daily feed intake,feed-to-weight ratio,internal organ index,immunity of different scales of ST from 1 to 21 days The difference of organ index,digestive organs and intestinal tract relative to intestinal relative weight was not significant(P>0.05).It indicates that sugar cane tip can be added within 10 % of goose feed. |
