In this study,194 strains of endophytic fungi from the spruce of the grass were used as materials,and the pathogenic fungi provided by the laboratory was used as the target,and the inhibition effect on the forest pathogenic fungi was screened by the method of sputum method and fermentation liquid perforation.The strain was subjected to morphological identification and molecular identification to determine the species of the above-mentioned strain having inhibitory effects.Finally,the biological properties of the above inhibitory strains were studied.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From 194 strains of endophytic fungi,25 strains of endophytic fungi were screened by the plate in the dish to antagonize the target pathogens;25 strains of sand spruce with inhibitory effect were screened out.The endophytic fungi were rescreened by perforation,and the four endophytic fungi,numbered SDYS36,SDYS63,SDYS95 and SDYS180,had strong antibacterial activity.(2)Morphology and molecular identification of endophytic fungi from four strains of SDYS36,SDYS63,SDYS95 and SDYS180.It is concluded that SDYS36 is Alternaria alternata,SDYS63 is Fusarium tricinctum,SDYS95 is Penicillium chrysogenum,and SDYS180 is Aspergillus sydowii.(3)The biological characteristics of endophytic fungi of SDYS36,SDYS63,SDYS95 and SDYS180 were studied.The optimal temperature for growth of SDYS36 strain was 35?,and the growth rate was the fastest in the absence of light.The optimum pH is 7,the optimum carbon source is soluble starch,and the optimum nitrogen source is yeast extract;the optimal temperature for growth of SDYS63 strain is 25?,the growth rate is the fastest under no light condition,and the optimum pH is 9,the most suitable carbon source is glucose,the most suitable nitrogen source is beef extract;SDYS95 strain grows at an optimum temperature of 25?,the growth rate is the fastest in the absence of light,the optimum pH is 6,the optimum carbon The source is glucose,the optimum nitrogen source is yeast extract;the optimal temperature for growth of SDYS180 strain is 25?,the growth rate is the fastest under no light condition,the optimum pH is 7,and the optimum carbon source is soluble starch.The most suitable nitrogen source is beef extract.In this study,194 strains of endophytic fungi were screened for antagonistic strains,and 4 strains of endophytic fungi with good inhibition effect were screened,and the four endophytic fungi of the spruce were studied.The identification and biological characteristics of the study provide a theoretical basis for the next study on the biological control of endophytic fungi in the sandy spruce.
