| Mustard is an annual herbaceous plant of the genus Brassica.Asoneofthecharacteristic industries of Linquan,mustard has driven the development of Linquan’s poverty alleviation.Zinc,Manganese,Boron and Selenium are four trace elements in nature that not only enhance the plant’s ability to resist oxidation and disease immunity,but also enhance the nutritional quality of plants.therefore.This experiment provides a scientific basis for regulating the disease resistance of mustard,improving the yield and quality of mustard,and producing selenium-rich mustard through mineral elements.The main results are as follows:(1)Through the seed germination and development experiments of mustard,it was found that the germination index of seeds increased with the combination of concentration of zinc,manganese,boron and selenium,and the application of mineral element 500mg/kg zinc,200mg/kg When manganese,300 mg/kg of boron,and 3 mg/kg of selenium are combined,the simple vigor index is 0.3754.When the concentrations of zinc,manganese,boron,and selenium increase,the indicators of the seeds begin to decline.Therefore,the combination of zinc of 500 mg/kg,manganese of 200 mg/kg,boron of 300 mg/kg,and selenium of 3 mg/kg is the best for seed germination and growth.(2)Through the inhibition test of zinc,manganese,boron and selenium on soft rot of Brassica juncea,it was found that with the increase of the concentration of zinc,manganese and boron selenium,the inhibition rate of soft rot bacteria in liquid medium increased,and the concentration of zinc was 800 mg/kg.The manganese concentration is 300 mg/kg,the boron concentration is 600 mg/kg,and the selenium concentration is 5 mg/kg.Zinc,manganese and boron selenium reduced the activity of SOD,CAT and POD in soft rot.Therefore,when 500 mg/kg of zinc,200 mg/kg of manganese,300 mg/kg of boron,and 3 mg/kg of selenium are combined,the disease resistance to soft rot fungi is best in the growth of mustard.(3)Through the experiment of nutrient quality of zinc,manganese,boron and selenium on mustard,When the concentration of zinc,manganese,boron and selenium increased,the nutritional quality decreased.Therefore,the combination of 500mg/kg zinc,200mg/kg manganese,300mg/kg boron,and 3mg/kg selenium has the best effect on improving the yield and nutritional quality of mustard. |
