Study On Influencing Factors Of Reduced Fertilization Willingness Of Farmers Around Wetland In Zhaodong City

As an important ecological system,wetland has great ecological functions and benefits.It has irreplaceable functions in other aspects of flood storage and drought prevention,degradation of pollution,and regulation of climate.However,the loss of wetland area in China is serious,and large-scale degradation of wetlands.And disappear,it will trigger a series of ecological disasters.The area along the Yangtze River in Zhaodong City,Heilongjiang Province is 27,300 hectares,with abundant plant resources.Heilongjiang Province preserves relatively complete wetlands,and the agricultural conditions around the wetlands are superior and the crop yield is extremely high.However,in recent years,excessive fertilization by farmers around the wetland in Zhaodong City has gradually worsened the water resources,land resources and atmospheric resources around the wetlands.How to enable farmers to effectively protect the wetlands while carrying out agricultural production.The predicament faced by the wetland in Zhaodong today.This paper firstly clarifies the literature at home and abroad,and defines the concept of wetland agriculture,reduced fertilization,and farmers’ willingness to reduce fertilizer,and expounds the theory of sustainable development,farmer behavior choice theory and utility theory.Secondly,it analyzes the basic situation of agricultural development in Zhaodong City and learns the current situation of agricultural production around wetlands according to the survey and interviews.It is found that the cultural quality of farmers in Jidong City is not high at this stage,the input of chemical fertilizer is increasing year by year,and the fertilization method is relatively backward and low.The phenomenon of quality fertilizer still exists.Thirdly,through the model to analyze the influencing factors,the results show that the male,the higher the education level,the larger the cultivated land area,the need to protect the wetland,the farmers’ professional cooperatives,the village cadres,and the farmers who have received the fertilizer reduction training.There is a positive impact on the willingness to reduce fertilizers,and the older farmers have a negative impact on the willingness to reduce fertilizers.On this basis,specific suggestions were put forward in four aspects:improving the cultural quality of farmers and the expertise of fertilization,improving the availability of soil testing and formula fertilization,improving the price mechanism of fertilizer market and related social services,and promoting the scale operation of agricultural production.It has been able to effectively protect the wetlands of Zhaodong City and enable sustainable development of agriculture in Heilongjiang Province.
