The production of Pleurotus eryngii is mostly factory-oriented,and the bagging process of its culture medium is mostly mechanized.Pleurotus eryngii cultivation has become an important part of the ftingus-grass industry chain in southern mountain areas of Ningxia.According to the field investigation of Minning Modern Recycling Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Park on Great Wall Plain of Pengyang County,Ningxia,by the research team members,the following problems still exist in the stamping and bagging production line of Pleurotus eryngii culture medium used in the base at present:The operation parameters of bagging equipment and the production technology of edible mushroom culture medium are not well matched,which affects the efficiency of bagging.There is accumulation of culture medium in the storage box of bagging machine,which affects the blanking speed of culture medium during bagging process and results in uneven bagging quality.The automation level of bagging production of culture medium is low.Aiming at the above problems,based on the systematic analysis of the production process and operating parameters of bagging equipment of abalone and apricot mushroom culture medium,this paper takes PLC as the system controller,integrates sensor technology,virtual instrument and network monitoring technology,and carries out the reform and design of control system for the original bagging equipment of culture medium.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)To study the internal relationship between the operation parameters of the bagging machine and the bagging process of edible fungi culture medium,and to study the strategies to improve the efficiency of the bagging of edible fungi culture medium,and to explore the relationship between the composition of the culture medium,water content,transmission and stirring process and equipment parameters of Pleurotus eryngii.(2)The mechanism motion analysis of bagging equipment is carried out,and the stability of bagging equipment running process is studied by using ADAMS software.The typical motion mechanism of the bagging machine is modeled and analyzed.The velocity and acceleration curves of the mechanism are obtained,and the smoothness of the bagging process is analyzed.(3)Integrating automation control technology,remote monitoring technology and configuration technology of host computer,the control system of the original equipment is refonned and designed,the relevant hardware of monitoring and control is installed,the control system program is designed,and die monitoring interface of host computer is built to achieve a reasonable bagging process and improve the quality and efficiency of bagging.The system test and experiment results show that the dynamic analysis and control system reform design carried out in this paper,as well as the proposed bagging method suitable for the culture medium of Pleurotus eiyngii in southemn mountain areas of Ningxia,conform to the local cultivation mode of Pleurotus eryngii,improve the performance of existing bagging equipment,improve the efficiency of bagging,save the production cost of Pleurotus eryngii and improve the automation of bagging equipment.
