Effects Of Organic Fertilizer Combined With Nitrogen Fertilizer On Sandy Soil Physicochemical Properties And Corn Growth Under Drip Irrigation In Pumping The Yellow River Irrigation Area Of Ningxia

In Ningxia pumping the Yellow River irrigation area,low field production caused by very low fertility of sandy soil and low nutrient use efficiency.In order to solve those problems,a two-year position located field experiment were decided,which included four organic fertilizer application levels,such as 0,1500,3000,and 4500 kg/ha,and 5 pure nitrogen fertilizer application levels,including 0,75,150,225,and 300 kg/ha.The aim of this experiment was to study the effects for application organic fertilizer combined with nitrogen fertilizer for soil quality and growth of spring maize,and further to select a best fertilizer(organic fertilizer&nitrogen fertilizer)ratio.Through this exactly ratio,we hope that we can get a high yield of maize,and a good soil quality.The results of this two-year located experiment as follows:1.Compared with no fertilization treatment,organic fertilizer combined with nitrogen fertilizer treatments could significantly reduce soil bulk density but increase soil porosity,the soil bulk density,among which the effect of organic fertilizer 4500 kg/ha combined with pure nitrogen with fertilizer 300kg/ha treatment is the best,the soil bulk density is reduced by 16.46%,and the soil porosity increased by 30.9%on average in two years.and improve soil nutrient status in soil plough layer,the treatment of 4500 kg/ha combined with pure nitrogen fertilizer with 225kg/ha of soil improved chemical properties fastest.2.The treatment of organic fertilizer with nitrogen fertilizer could promote the growth of maize,and the treatment of application organic fertilizer 4500 kg/ha combined with pure nitrogen 300kg/ha performed best.The plant height increased by 12.35%,and stem diameter increased by 13.92%on average in two years.The application of organic fertilizer 3000 kg/ha combined with pure nitrogen 300kg/ha treatment can significantly improve the continuance green time of maize leaves,and then maintain strong photochemical activity,such as increasing the leaf SPAD value of 16.9%.3.The treatment of application organic fertilizer for 4500kg/ha combined with nitrogen fertilizer for 225kg/ha can improve maize plant nitrogen accumulation,and the amount of accumulation was 338.78 kg/ha.In addition,the application of nitrogen fertilizer combined with organic fertilizer can significantly reduce the partial productivity of nitrogen fertilizer,the agronomic benefit of nitrogen fertilizer,but improve the apparent recovery rate of nitrogen fertilizer and nitrogen harvest index.4.Compared with no fertilization treatment,high levels organic fertilizer combined with appropriate nitrogen fertilizer can significantly increase maize harvest index and sustainability,but reduce yield coefficient of variation.Application organic fertilizer combined with nitrogen fertilizer can significantly improve the yield of maize,and the treatment of application organic fertilizer for 4500kg/ha combined with nitrogen fertilizer for 225kg/ha can increase the yield for 35.42%compare with the treatment of no fertilization.By fitting the relationship between the amount of nitrogen fertilizer and the yield of corn under different organic fertilizer application rates,we found that the ratio of application organic fertilizer for 4500kg/ha combined with nitrogen fertilizer for 190kg/ha can get the highest yield.5.Through the principal component analysis(PCA)of soil physicochemical properties,it was score was the highest on the PC1,and the treatment of organic fertilizer 4500 kg/hm2 combined pure nitrogen with 150 kg/hm2 had the highest score on the PC2.Through the comprehensive analysis on PC1 and PC2,the score treatment of organic fertilizer 4500 kg/hm2 combined pure nitrogen with 225 kg/hm2 was the highest.It can be seen that appropriate amount of organic fertilizer combined with nitrogen fertilizer can change soil physical properties and fertilizer capacity,promote maize growth and improve yield.At the same time,it can also promote the absorption of nutrients in maize,improve the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer and harvest index of maize,so the recommended amount of fertilizer in the test area is 4500 kg/hm2 organic fertilizer combined with pure nitrogen 150-225kg/hm2.
