Taking heifer of Holstein Cattle in Ningxia region as the research object,this study calculated the breeding value of 2511 heifer in five batches by using the method of genome-wide selection.Four traits(milk yield of 305days,Fat Percentage,Protein Percentage and Somatic Cell Score)of 989 heifer who participated in genome-wide testing were selected for genetic evaluation by BLUP method.The rank correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the calculated results of BIUP method and whole genome-wide selection,and Comparison of selection progress between the two methods.The results showed that the average GCPI of genomic selected cows in five batches of heifer of holstein cattle in ningxia region increased from 283.32 in the first batch to 910.46 in the fifth batch,showing a trend of gradual increase.Among them,the fourth batch with the largest mean value of genomic breeding of milk yield was 576.54.The average values of milk fat,milk protein,breast,limb hoof and somatic genome breeding were the the maximum fifth batch.The mean value of somatic cell score genome breeding showed a trend of gradual decline in five batches,and the mean value of the fourth and fifth batches was the smallest 3.00.The estimated accuracy of genomic breeding values for five batches of seven traits ranged from 0.44 to 0.75,with the largest for the fourth batch of mammary system for 0.75 and the smallest for the third batch of Somatic Cell Score for 0.44.Finally,the DMU software was used tocalculate the four traits in the data of multiple milking of 989 cows,and the breeding value and estimation accuracy were both lower than the genomic selection data.CPI2 index was calculated according to the breeding value and other genetic parameters.The rank correlation coefficient of CPI2 and GCPI is 0.1004,the rank correlation coefficient of gebv milk and ebv MYD is 0.0531,the rank correlation coefficient of gebv fatp and ebv_PF is 0.1376,the rank correlation coefficient of gebv_prop and ebv PP is 0.1760,and the rank correlation coefficient of gebv_scs and ebv_scs is 0.0375.The rank correlation coefficient is low showed a low degree of anastomosis.According to the calculation Genomic selection of genetic progress is more advanced.The annual selection progress of milk yield reached 195.80,It is much higher than the evaluation result of BLUP method.The results of this study provide an important theoretical basis for the selection of the core population of holstein cows in Ningxia.
