Forest resources are important natural resources,because of china's forest fires are frequent and it threaten people's lives and property safety,so we must pay enough attention to forest fire monitoring.The timely and accurate positioning of fire locations in forest fire monitoring systems is of great significance for the early extinguishment of forest fires and the reduction of personnel and property losses.For satellite fire monitoring systems has the disadvantages of low positioning accuracy,high cost,long deployment cycle,poor real-time performance and for video fire monitoring system has the disadvantages of high cost,difficult maintenance,and large impact on weather conditions.In this papers,the application of wireless sensor network technology in the forest fire monitoring system is used to locate the fire,Two improved wireless sensor network positioning algorithms are proposed,which have the advantages of low cost,fast deployment,high positioning accuracy and good real-time performance.(1)A Mixed Weighted Centroid Localization Algorithm Based on Trilateration Algorithm Ranging Correction and Matrix Condition Number is proposed: For the traditional three-side positioning algorithm,There is a large range error in the ranging phase and matrix ill-conditioned phenomenon in the positioning phase,Causes large positioning errors,In this paper,the nearest neighbor node is used to approximate unknown node information,Correct the distance between the unknown node and the beacon node through the real distance between the beacon nodes,and from the mathematics theory proves that the trilateral algorithm has matrix morbidity leading to large positioning error,finally using the measured RSSI instead of the distance value in the three-edge algorithm as a weight.The simulation experiment results show that compared with the traditional three-sided positioning algorithm,With the advantage that fewer beacon nodes can be used to achieve higher positioning accuracy and less topology requirements for network node placement.(2)Unscented Kalman Filter Modified Localization Algorithm Based on Improved Triangle Centroid Algorithm: For traditional triangular centroid positioning algorithm,in the ranging phase,the information of neighboring beacon nodes around the unknown node is not fully used and multipath,reflection,and other noise factors exist in the real environment,resulting in low positioning accuracy.This paper corrects the reference distance in the original ranging model based on the distance between beacon nodes.Improves the weight of each estimated position,Unscented Kalman filter is used to nonlinearly filter multipath,reflection and other noise factors in the real environment,to minimize the effect of noise factor on positioning accuracy.The simulation experiment results show that compared with traditional triangular centroid positioning algorithm,The algorithm with a positioning accuracy of up to 0.07535 meters.
