As the fourth generation of new lighting source,LED breaks through the limitation of traditional light source and solves the problems of low utilization rate,high heat output and unadjustable spectrum of traditional artificial light source,which are widely used in agricultural production.However,in plant factories,especially in small plant factories or small laboratories,LED is used as plant light source,and the uneven distribution of light is particularly serious.Plants growing in different locations receive different illumination,and the quality of plants produced is uneven.Aiming at this problem,this paper optimizes the layout of LED plant light source according to the relevant characteristics of LED,and finds out a better optimization algorithm and a better LED layout,so as to make the light environment of each plant consistent and improve the quality of plant products in the plant factory.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows.First of all,in the research of the layout optimization of plant light source,the illuminance and radiant flux,luminous flux,luminescence intensity,illuminance and Lambertian source characteristics of LED are studied,and the illuminance characteristics are analyzed in depth.The LED array is simulated by TracePro optical simulation software.The effects of LED array distribution and light source distance on illuminance are explored.Then the illuminance distribution model and evaluation function are established according to the LED illuminance characteristics,which laid the foundation for LED layout optimization.Secondly,the Sparrow's extreme law,particle swarm optimization algorithm,weight adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm and simulated annealing-particle swarm optimization algorithm are studied.Using the test function to test the particle swarm optimization algorithm,weight adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm and simulated annealing-particle swarm optimization algorithm.By observing the theoretical optimal value and the actual optimal value,optimization time and fitness function after optimization of each algorithm,the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm are analyzed.Finally,according to the requirements of national semiconductor lighting engineering research and development and industrial alliance and relevant national departments on LED lights for plant lighting,and aiming at the deficiencies,a more comprehensive selection index and performance evaluation standard of LED light source for plant lighting is established.At the same time,according to the established indicators,select the LED light source suitable for the production of leafy vegetables,arrange them in a rectangular shape,set the coordinate position of each LED light source to the amount to be optimized,and use four different optimization algorithms to optimize the LED light source evaluation function and find the most.The optimal algorithm and the optimal layout of LED are obtained.In addition,according to the established evaluation criteria,this paper also tests and analyzes the optimized LED plant light source from the aspects of electrical characteristics,optical characteristics,radiological characteristics and practical application.By comparing with the two kinds of LED plant light commonly used in the plant factory market,it proves the accuracy and reliability of the optimized LED plant light source layout in this paper.
