| Light is a direct source of energy and a key source of information for plant photosynthesis.In nature,the problem of light deficiency occurs regularly,and artificial lighting has become an inevitable demand for plant cultivation.As a new type of plant light source,LED has better lighting performance than traditional artificial light source,but it also has the problems of single spectrum,poor lighting effect and unevenness.Therefore,this article took the LED light source as the research object,and researched from the optimized design of the red-blue combined light source and the red-blue-white full-spectrum light source and the effect of different LED light sources on the growth and development of cherry radish to develop an efficient and energy-saving LED light sources on plant growth,so as to provide scientific theoretical basis for the development of light sources for plant.First,the optimized design of the red and blue combined LED light source was carried out,and the effects of the type of the LED lamp beads and the structure of the light source module on the light intensity and uniformity of the LED light sources were studied through experiments,and the heating effects of the two types of LED lamp beads were compared.The results showed that the addition of side plates,especially the 30°inclined reflector,was beneficial to improve the intensity and uniformity of light.Compared with 3030 SMD LEDs,high-power LEDs had the advantages of greater light intensity and lower heat generation.Based on the experimental results,designed various arrangement and combination schemes for the LED lamp beads,and used Trace Pro to model and simulate each arrangement which was studied the effect on the uniformity of illumination.The simulation showed that the different arrangement of the lamp beads had a certain effect on the uniformity of the radiant illuminance of the light source.The non-uniform arrangement of symmetric dual arithmetic progression was better than the uniform arrangement at equal intervals,especially the uniformity was best when the First Term with 30mm.Secondly,we designed a variety of arrangement and combination schemes for the LED lamp beads of red-blue-white full-spectrum light sources.In order to study the effect of different arrangements on the uniformity of illumination,the Trace Pro was used to modeled and simulated by each arrangement.Simulations showed that different arrangements had a certain effect on the irradiance and uniformity.The uniformity of the light source under double-line SA40 and single-line CK30 treatments was 79.36%and 77.78%,which was higher than other arrangements.Then,we used Altium Designer to design the PCB circuit,and made double-line SA40 and single-line CK30 light source.Using the traditional LED white light as a control group,the experiment of the light source uniformity was studied.The results showed that the uniformity of the double-line SA40 light source with non-uniform arrangement(88.93%)was higher than that of the single-line CK30 light source with uniform arrangement(84.80%),and significantly better than that of the traditional LED white light(78.44%).It was conducive to improving the lighting effect of the light source and consistent with the simulation results.In order to test the lighting effect and performance of light sources on plant growth,based on the previous researched results,the effects of different LED light sources on the growth and development of cherry radish were studied under the conditions of 150mm light receiving distance and 215μmol·m-2·s-1light intensity.The results showed that compared with the traditional LED white light uniformity of 69.55%,the uniformity of the red-blue-white full-spectrum LED light sources with double and single lines was more than86%,and the light use efficiency(LUE)and the electric-energy use efficiency(EUE)had been improved.There were more conducive to promoting the accumulation of biomass of cherry radish,especially underground portion,and increase the photosynthetic rate.In this paper,the research showed that the double-line and single-line red-blue-white full-spectrum LED plant growth light source which were optimized by the arrangement of lamp beads and the combination of light quality had better lighting effect than traditional LED white lights,and its light and electrical energy utilization efficiency were higher.It was beneficial to improve the growth rate of plants and achieve high efficiency and energy saving. |
