With the increasing shortage of water resources,developing water-saving cultivation of crops is one of the effective methods to solve the shortage of water resources.Pot experiment was carried out to study the effects of regulated deficit-oxygenation irrigation on the growth characteristics,physiological characteristics,water consumption and yield of super rice"Lingliangyou 268"at late tillering stage,jointing booting stage and heading flowering stage.The results are as follows:The rregulated deficit-oxygenation irrigation at late tillering stage reduced the plant height,photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,intercellular CO2 concentration and stomatal conductance,and the root shoot ratio,root activity,root growth index increased.The plant height,photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of leaves of super rice were decreased during the period of jointing booting stage,and the root activity,root growth index and intercellular CO2 concentration increased.During heading flowering stage,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration of rice leaves decreased slightly,and the photosynthetic rate,root shoot ratio,root activity,root growth index increased.The average water saving rate of regulated deficit-oxygenation irrigation at late tillering stage was 4.0%and 4.7%.The average water saving rate of regulated deficit-oxygenation irrigation at jointing booting stage was 3.4%and 4.1%.The average water saving rate of regulated deficit-oxygenation irrigation at heading flowering stage was 3.3%and 4.0%.The regulated deficit-oxygenation irrigation at late tillering stage increased the yield of super rice,and the average yield was increased by 12.19%.In the jointing booting stagestage,the yield of super rice was reduced and the average yield reduced by 1.97%.During the heading flowering stage,regulated deficit-oxygenation irrigation increased the yield of super rice,and the average yield was increased by 14.70%.
