In order to investigate the effects of NaCl treatment at different concentrations on the content of endogenous hormones in leaves and roots of jujube seedlings,high-performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the removal of acid from leaves and roots of jujube seedlings at different concentrations at different times,and auxin.Content of four endogenous hormones:gibberellin and corn.In order to carry out the excavation and utilization of functional genes of jujube.By using the BGISEQ-500sequencing platform,transcriptional group sequencing was performed on the leaves and roots of jujube seedlings treated with 0 mmol·L-11 NaCl?control?and 150 mmol·L-1NaCl with 6 H respectively.The main results are as follows:?1?Compared with the treatment of 0 mmol·L-1 NaCl,the content of ABA in leaves and roots of jujube seedlings treated by 50,100,150,200 mmol·L-1 NaCl increased significantly with the same treatment time.The contents of IAA,ZT,GA3,IAA/ABA,and GA3/ABA decreased significantly.Compared with the treatment of 0h,the ratio of GA3/ABA and IAA/ABA decreased significantly with the extension of processing time.The content of GA3,IAA,and ZT in jujube leaves and roots decreased significantly under 100 mmol·L-1NaCl treatment.Under NaCl treatment,the processing time is the same,and the jujube seedlings adapt to salt stress by increasing the leaf and root ABA content,reducing the leaf and root IAA,ZT,GA3 content,IAA/ABA and GA3/ABA ratios.?2?According to the sequencing of transcription groups,A total of 27.7 GB of valid data was obtained from jujube leaves and roots.A total of 277841759 Unigene were obtained from the leaves and roots of jujube seedlings through sequence splicing,of which 33856 Unigene were annotated in databases such as KEGG and GO.Compared with the control,different expression genes enriched to catalytic activity,membrane correlation,and metabolic process were found to be the most abundant according to GO classification;Under the KEGG enrichment standard,the genes that were annotated to the MAPK signaling pathway-the difference expression genes of plants were enriched in the leaves and roots of jujube seedlings,and the number of expression genes was higher in the leaves and roots of jujube seedlings.Compared with the control,150 mmol·L-1 NaCl treatment,1,223 different expression genes were found in jujube leaves and root transcription groups,including 8,421 elevated genes and2,802 reduced genes.The difference expression genes in roots were significantly more than those in leaves.?3?In this experiment,C2C2-YABBY?107428651?was selected for the difference expression of leaf response to ABA in jujube seedlings treated by NaCl,MYB?107433002?and C2C2-YABBY?107434921,107410267?,bZIP?107432186?,AP2-EREBP?107413884?,the highest 12 ABA-related genes in leaves and roots were screened through GO annotations and KEGG annotations.
