In order to explore different cold quantity jujube varieties of important physiological and metabolic changes during dormancy and dormancy process,the relationship between the jujube germplasm resources in the tarim university nursery different jujube jujube varieties Beijing 39 cooling capacity,v crisp sweet and red in the tire branches as test materials,the natural and artificial processing under the basis of two methods for processing on the substrate,enzyme and hormone levels to explore the relationship between its and dormancy,The changes of metabolic substrates,activities of key metabolic enzymes and contents of endogenous hormones during dormancy were determined in order to find out the substances directly related to dormancy of jujube,and provide necessary theoretical support for greenhouse cultivation of jujube in winter.The main research results are as follows:1.The dormancy induction period was the rapid increase period of branch protein content of jujube cultivars with different cooling requirements,and the maximum increase was at 7-21 d after defoliation,and there was a close relationship between protein content change and dormancy process.The change of sucrose content during dormancy period is consistent with the dormancy process of each jujube variety.The dormancy process of this jujube variety can be judged by the change of sucrose content,which plays an extremely important role in the regulation of dormancy process.2.During dormancy period,the changes of key enzyme activities in different respiratory metabol ic pathways of jujube cultivars with different cooling requirements were not consistent.The activitie s of pyruvate kinase and pyruvate dehydrogenase showed a trend of periodic decline,while succin ate dehydrogenase and malate dehydrogenase had little change during the whole dormancy period,indicating that they were not the factors directly affecting dormancy of jujube.However,the activity changes of hexose phosphate isomerase and alternate oxidase are closely related to the dormancy process of jujube varieties.With the continuous advancement of dormancy process,the dormancy p rocess of jujube varieties can be judged by the change of enzyme activity.3.There were significant differences in the activities of glucose metabolism enzymes during dor mancy of jujube cultivars with different cooling requirements.The changes of neutral invertase activ ity were closely related to the dormancy process of the three jujube varieties,and with the dorma ncy process presenting regular changes,The highest activity of the enzyme during dormancy inducti on was 20.02μmol·g-1·min-1,16.72μmol·g-1·min-1,15.55μmol·g-1·min-1,and the lowest activity du ring dormancy release.They were 12.45μmol·g-1·min-1,11.35μmol·g-1·min-1,12.22μmol·g-1·min-1,respectively,and the results of artificial and natural production were consistent.The change of ne utral invertase activity could be regarded as a key index of dormancy stage of jujube branches.4.The different need of cold quantity jujube varieties ga3 content appears relatively regular changes during dormancy,dormancy induction period plant body there is a lot of gibberellic acid synthesis,enter the deep dormancy abscisic acid content decreased gradually,under the condition of artificial low temperature treatment is also very obvious difference between the branches,jujube varieties but brittle honey on the dormancy induction period and under the condition of natural wintering opposite conclusions.The auxin content of Jingzao 39 was significantly higher than that of the other two cultivars during dormancy induction period and deep dormancy period.The results of natural and artificial low temperature treatment were consistent.The content of auxin in fetal erythrocyte did not change much during the whole dormancy period and became active only after the release of dormancy.The content of abscisic acid was closely related to dormancy process of jujube cultivars.The results of natural overwintering and artificial low temperature treatment were consistent.The abscisic acid content was the highest in the dormancy induction period,and that of Jingzao 39,Filihong and Fucui honey was 40.81 ng·g-1,29.66ng·g-1,28.93 ng·g-1,respectively.The content was the lowest in the dormancy release period.The content of abscisic acid was 4.66 ng·g-1,3.95 ng·g-1and 5.91 ng·g-1,respectively,which could be regarded as a key index in the dormancy process of jujube.
