In this experiment,different resistance rootstocks were used to graft Cabernet Sauvignon grapes as test materials.The resveratrol content and related enzyme activities of grape roots,skins and seeds were studied in different rootstocks to explore the dynamic changes of resveratrol content in fruits.And the effects of different rootstocks on the activity of resveratrol-related enzymes and the expression of related genes in Cabernet Sauvignon grapes provide a theoretical basis for the selection of Cabernet Sauvignon root combinations with high resistance and high Res content in Xinjiang.The three-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon rootstock combination was used as experimental materials,including CS/3309 C,CS/1103 P,CS/140 R,CS/SO4,CS/5C and Cabernet Sauvignon(CK).The Res content and related enzyme activities(PAL,C4 H,4CL,COA,4CA)in grape seeds and peels were measured dynamically to study the changes of Res and related enzyme activities in fruits.The second year to 4 years old Cabernet Sauvignon The ear combination was tested again for Res content determination,and the Res content and Res related gene expression(PAL,C4 H,4CL,RS)in leaves,fruits and seeds were determined,and related protective enzymes(PPO,POD,SOD,CAT)were also determined.The activity was measured to study the correlation between protective enzyme activity and Res.The results are as follows:(1)The changes of Res content and related enzyme activities in the pericarp and seed of the 3-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon were the same,and they all increased first and then decreased,and the activities of PAL,C4 H,4CL,COA,4CA and Res had Significant positive correlation;CS/140 R,CS/SO4,CS/5C Res content and enzyme activity were higher among different rootstock combinations,among which CS/140 R performed best,and Res content and related enzymes in skin and seed.The activity is highest.(2)The results of Res content and related gene expression in leaves,skins and seeds during the maturity of the 4-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon root combination showed that CS/140 also performed best,and the Res content and related gene expression in leaves,skins and seeds.The highest amount.(3)The activities of POD,PPO,SOD and CAT in CS/5C and CS/140 R were higher in each combination of rootstock,and there was a significant positive correlation between POD,PPO,SOD,CAT and Res content,which was closely related to Res synthesis.Therefore,5C,140 R and Cabernet Sauvignon grape rootstocks had the highest protective enzyme activity in the five rootstocks,and had the greatest influence on the synthesis of Res content.
