This study with tender stems of perennial grapevine Cabernet Sauvignon as explants, in the cultured plantlets as materials, by adding Botrytis cinerea elicitor and salicylic acid, resveratrol synthesis and antioxidant enzyme activity process of Cabernet Sauvignon grape tissue culture seedlings elicitor the effect. The main results are as follows:1. The semi woody Cabernet Sauvignon grape shoots of stem segment as explant material, low contamination rate of explants inoculated with high germination rate, germination rate was 96.5%; in 0.1% HgCl2 solution disinfection disinfection solution 8min had the best effect.. Subculture and rooting culture of Cabernet Sauvignon seedlings was the best medium with 1/2MS+IBA0.2mg·L-1+sucrose 20g·L-1, the seedling rate was 99.67%, the rooting rate was 99.67%.2. The result showed that Botrytis cinerea elicitor and SA induced Cabernet Sauvignon tissue culture seedlings were induced by 9d effect is the best.And Botrytis cinerea elicitor treatment can make the content of resveratrol in nearly 1.67 times higher than that of the control. SA treatment can make the content of resveratrol in nearly 1.5 times higher than that of the control.Therefore, the effect of resveratrol on Botrytis cinerea was better than SA.3. Botrytis cinerea elicitor treatment PAL, POD, SOD, CAT, PPO activity of Cabernet Sauvignon seedlings are higher than that of the controls, respectively were 2.17,1.58,1.48,1.83, 2.11 times. After salicylic acid treatment of Cabernet Sauvignon seedlings in PAL, POD, SOD, CAT and PPO activity were higher than the control, respectively, were 1.37,1.13,1.23,1.03, 2.19 times.4. In the induction of 6-9d, the content of resveratrol were increased, antioxidant enzymes and polyphenol oxidase activity of phenylalanine ammonia lyase, increased.
