"Cultivated land is China's most precious resource. We must protect cultivated land like the protection of giant pandas." The state has always adhered to the strictest arable land protection system and the most stringent land-saving system, from the initial single emphasis on quantity,Up to now,the quantity, quality and ecology are equal, and efforts are made to strengthen the management, construction, and incentives of cultivated land and protect them.Protecting the quantity of cultivated land is the first priority, but it is more important to pay attention to the construction of cultivated land quality. The quality of cultivated land is a comprehensive reflection of light and temperature precipitation, farmland infrastructure conditions and soil fertility. Therefore, the evaluation of cultivated land quality is of great significance to the implementation of the most stringent farmland protection system in China. This paper takes Hantai District,Hanzhong City,Shaanxi Province as the research object, analyzes the cultivated land spot in the administrative area, analyzes the current situation of cultivated land quality, and rationally selects the evaluation index factor to construct the cultivated land quality evaluation index system.Based on the data collection of Hantai District, based on remote sensing data,DEM elevation data analysis and ArcGIS spatial data analysis,14 secondary indicators were selected from five aspects: topographical location, soil traits, farming conditions, health status and biological characteristics. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weight of the index, and the multi-angle evaluation and analysis of the cultivated land in Hantai District under the influence of various indicators are selected. On the basis of the evaluation of cultivated land, the obstacle degree model is used to diagnose the obstacles of cultivated land evaluation indicators, and the main obstacle factors of cultivated land in Hantai District are analyzed and relevant countermeasures are proposed, which provides relevant basic data and theoretical basis for improving the quality of cultivated land. The main findings are as follows:(1)In the process of arable land quality evaluation in Hantai District, some data of individual indicators are obtained by combining data and GIS space through data collection. The indicators were selected from five aspects: topographical position, soil traits, farming conditions, health status and biological characteristics. The evaluation system of cultivated land quality in Hantai District was established, and the weights of indicators at all levels were determined by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method. The quality of cultivated land in Hantai District was evaluated.(2)Analyze the results of cultivated land quality evaluation in Hantai District with the help of ArcGIS platform. The score of cultivated land quality index in Hantai District is between 30.46 and 97.35.The natural breakpoint method is used to divide the cultivated land in Hantai District into three grades.Among them: [88,100] is the superior cultivated land, accounting for 24.93% of the total cultivated land,[76,88)is the good cultivated land, accounting for 66.17% of the total cultivated land,[76,55)is the medium cultivated land, accounting for 8.90 of the total cultivated land area.%.In general, the quality of cultivated land in Liangtai District is relatively large, and the overall quality of cultivated land is good.(3)On the basis of the evaluation of cultivated land quality, the evaluation index of cultivated land is analyzed. The obstacle factors affecting the quality of cultivated land were extracted, and the main obstacle factors with obstacle degree ?10% were statistically studied. The spatial distribution characteristics of main obstacle factors were obtained, and countermeasures were proposed according to the distribution of main obstacle factors combined with the characteristics of Hantai District. To improve the quality of cultivated land.
