In order to strengthen the management of cultivated land quality,a series of relevant standards and norms have been issued in recent years.Among the most representative are as follows,The "Regulations for classification on agriculture land" issued by the former Ministry of Land and Resources.The "Cultivated land quality survey monitoring and evaluation methods" issued by the former Ministry of Agriculture.The" Specification of land Quality Geochemical Evaluation " issued by China Geological Survey.In the new era,strengthening the integration and optimization of resources among various departments has become the top priority.This study intends to integrate the above cultivated land quality evaluation system.Establishing a comprehensive set of evaluation methods and systems based on existing data and indicators.This paper adopts a multi-objective comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the quality of cultivated land in Luojiang District.Delphi method and AHP method are used to determine the index weights in the evaluation processing.Sixteen indicators were selected from three aspects;geotechnical conditions,soil properties,and farming conditions.At the same time,Using the health status coefficient to construct a cultivated land quality evaluation system in Luojiang District.The research results are as follows:(1)The study recommended the following main parameter acquisition and processing methods:Slope data can be obtained with surface analysis tools using digital elevation models.Using the patch index in landscape ecology to determine the degree of regularity of plots based on the perimeter and area data of plots.Using point data of rural residential areas to get the distance from the residential area to the field by Buffer Analysis.Using field road location data to get accessibility of field roads through shortest path analysis.Using soil geochemical data collected in the field to obtain indicator data such as soil nutrients through spatial interpolation.(2)Analyzing the result of cultivated land quality evaluation in Luojiang District base on ArcGIS geographic information system platform.The evaluation score of cultivated land quality in Luo Jiang area is calculated.The range of it from 67.59 to 95.60.The cultivated land in Luojiang District is divided into four levels by using the natural breakpoint classification function of ArcGIS.The quality area of excellent cultivated land is 4291.82 hm2,accounting for 15.25%of the total cultivated land area.The quality area of the good cultivated land is 17256.91 hm2,accounting for 61.31%of the total area of cultivated land.The quality area of the medium cultivated land is 6062 hm2,accounting for 21.54%of the total arable land.The quality area of the poor cultivated land is 533.93 hm2,accounting for 1.9%of the total arable land.It can be seen that the area of excellent and good cultivated land in Luojiang District is relatively large,and the overall arable land quality is the middle-upper level.(3)On the basis of the evaluation of cultivated land quality,indicators of non-superior cultivated land quality are analyzed,and obstacles affecting the quality of cultivated land are extracted.The obstacle degree is used to quantify the impact of each index on the improvement of cultivated land quality.A statistical study is conducted to get the top four main obstacles in the study area,and the characteristics of the spatial distribution of the main obstacles are obtained.As the same time,the secondary obstacles are further acquired in the main obstacle areas.It provides work direction for land remediation.This study conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of cultivated land in Luojiang District.Objectively mastered the spatial distribution pattern of cultivated land quality in Luojiang District.This study has acquired barriers to the quality of cultivated land and put forward some suggestions and measures.It provides scientific guidance to improve the cultivated land quality in the study area.
