China is a large agricultural country with a large amount of crop straw and livestock manure resources.After harvesting the crops,the crop straws are randomly piled up in the fields,and the livestock manure is also randomly accumulated,resulting in a serious waste of available resources.If the crop straw is mixed with livestock manure and added to the fermenting agent to make organic fertilizer,it not only solves the problem of environmental pollution of agricultural waste,but also reduces the use of inorganic fertilizer,which is conducive to the comprehensive utilization and ecology of agricultural waste.Sustainable development of agriculture.In order to better mix straw and livestock manure,it is necessary to develop a mixer for mixing crop straw and livestock manure.In this paper,the characteristics of different types of mixing equipment are analyzed.The corn stover and cow dung are used as test materials.The mixing test machine for mixing corn stover and cow dung is designed and prototyped.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the development status of mixing equipment at home and abroad,it shows that the mixing equipment does not have special mixing equipment for mixing straw and cow dung,and the utilization status of corn stover and cow dung is analyzed,and the necessity of developing corn straw and cow dung mixing equipment is proposed.Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different mixing devices,according to the influence of different mixing devices on material mixing,combined with the characteristics of materials,the technical route was formulated,and the blade type single horizontal shaft mixer was designed and prototyped.(2)Overall design of the mixer.According to the process requirements of straw decomposing fertilizer,the composition and ratio of the materials were determined,and the design parameters of the mixer were proposed.Analyze the working principle and mixing process of the mixer,and put forward the structural parameters of the mixer and determine the range of values ??of the working parameters.(3)Design of key components.Design the mixing spindle,select the standard parts such as reducer,bearing and coupling,design the transmission scheme,use the 3D modeling software Solid Works to model the various components of the mixer,and assemble the virtual prototype.(4)Finite element analysis of the stirring device.The static stress analysis of the stirring device under the full load condition of the mixer shows that the strength meets the design requirements.The modal analysis results show that the maximum speed of thestirring device is 45r/min,which is much smaller than the critical speed at the minimum natural frequency of 55.55 Hz.Therefore,the stirring device will not generate resonance during the actual working process.(5)Test of the mixer.The ternary quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination test was designed.The design results were analyzed by Design-Expert software,and the mathematical model was established.The test results show that the spindle speed,fullness coefficient and mixing time have significant influence on the mixing uniformity.According to the analysis results,the optimal working parameter combination of the mixer is obtained.The stirring spindle speed is 35r/min,the filling coefficient is 0.6,the mixing time is 8min,and the uniformity is 93.02%,which meets the working requirements of the mixer.
