Biochar-based fertilizer is a long-acting fertilizer made from biological carbon as a carrier and mixed with other chemical fertilizers. In this experiment, the effects of different biochar-based fertilizer dosage on soil fertility, peanut growth and development, fertilizer utilization efficiency and yield were investigated through field experiment, and the suitable dosage of biochar-based fertilizer was put forward according to different soil types, reducing fertilizer input, improving soil physicochemical properties, reducing continuous cropping disorder and increasing yield. The main test scheme is as: The experiment was carried out in early May 2018 at the Fuxin County Fuxin Town Horseshoe Camp in Fuxin,Liaoning Province, and in the experimental fields of Linyi Linshu County Daxing Town West Yao village in Shandong province, and harvested in mid-September.A total of seven treatments were set up: 1.Do not apply any fertilizer(CK),2.Biochar-based fertilizer 600 kg/hm(C40),3.Biochar-based Fertilizer 750kg/hm(C50),4.Biochar-based fertilizer 600 kg/hm and organic fertilizer 1080 kg/hm(C40+M),5.Carbon 450 kg/ hm and Organic fertilizer 2160 kg/ hm(C30+M),6.Biochar-based fertilizer 300kg/hm and organic fertilizer 3240 kg/hm(C20+M),7.Compound Fertilizer 750 kg/hm(CF).The main findings are as follows: 600 kg biochar-based fertilizer per hectare can effectively alleviate the acidification of aeolian sandy soil and brown soil. The application of 600 kg biochar-based fertilizer per hectare can effectively increase the organic carbon content of aeolian sandy soil. The application of 600 kg biochar-based fertilizer and 1080 kg organic fertilizer per hectare can effectively increase the organic carbon content of brown soil. The application of 600 kg biochar-based fertilizer and 1080 kg organic fertilizer per hectare can effectively increase the contents of nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, alkali nitrogen, available potassium and plant stems and leaves in aeolian sandy soil and brown soil.Applying 450 kg of biochar-based fertilizer and 2,160 kg of organic fertilizer per hectare can effectively increase the content of available phosphorus in aeolian sandy soil and brown soil. The application of 450 kg biochar-based fertilizer and 2160 kg organic fertilizer per hectare can effectively increase the nitrogen uptake of peanut roots, the phosphorus uptake and potassium uptake of peanut roots in brown soil.A single application of 750 kg of biochar-based fertilizer per hectare can effectively increase the nitrogen uptake of peanut roots in brown soil.Applying 600 kg of biochar-based fertilizer and 1080 kg of organic fertilizer per hectare can effectively increase the phosphorus uptake, potassium uptake and stem and leaf phosphorusuptake of peanut roots in aeolian sandy soil.A single application of 600 kg of biochar-based fertilizer per hectare can effectively increase the phosphorus uptake of peanut stems and leaves in brown soil. The application of 600 kg of biochar-based fertilizer and 1080 kg of organic fertilizer per hectare can significantly increase the yield of peanuts in the north. Conclusion: The content of nitrogen and phosphorus potassium per kilogram of biochar-based fertilizer is less than that of compound fertilizer, but the overall effect of 750 kg biochar-based fertilizer per hectare is significantly better than that of applied equivalent compound fertilizer. Therefore, the biochar-based fertilizer in the main peanut producing area of the North can replace compound fertilizer to improve soil nutrients and increase peanut yield, farmers can give priority to biochar-based fertilizer when planting peanut fertilization. The application effect of organic fertilizer replacing partial biochar-based fertilizer is better than that of single biochar-based fertilizer.Under the same nutrient condition, organic fertilizer replacing 20%-40% biochar-based fertilizer can effectively improve the content of peanut production, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in peanut stem and leaf and root, and increase the content of soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, alkaline nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium.Organic fertilizer instead of biochar-based fertilizer should not be more than 40%,after the effect is poor.In addition to non-fertilization treatment, other treated soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, alkaline nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium were increased compared to the pre-sowing soil,p H decreased, further verified that nutrient residues after fertilization will change the physical and chemical properties of the soil. After fertilization, the soil fertilizer residue is serious, the acidizing problem is highlighted, and the new fertilizer needs to be further studied to improve the physical and chemical properties of soil.
