Biochar and organic fertilizer combined with chemical fertilizers have made some progress in improving soil physical and chemical properties, improving fertilizer utilization and crop yield.Biochar can load specific fertilizer nutrients through physical and chemical behavior, thereby delaying the release of fertilizer nutrients and improving fertilizer nutrient utilization.Organic fertilizers are rich in organic matter and high cation exchange capacity, while their own nutrients are equivalent to slow or slow release. In this study, the adsorption and desorption simulation tests were used to determine the solid storage and sustained release capacity of corn stalk biochar(CSB),rice husk biochar(RHB)and rice straw biochar(RSB)for high-performance nutrient storage and sustained release.Based on the selection of materials, the biochar and organic fertilizers are mixed in different proportions and then subjected to adsorption and desorption tests to find out the performance of nutrient adsorption and desorption of mixed materials of different ratios of biochar and organic fertilizer,in order to further understand biochar. The integration of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer provides a reference for the short-term solid storage and sustained release characteristics of nutrients. Then, the biochar, organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer are pulverized and mixed, and then mixed and granulated according to different ratios of biochar and organic fertilizer to make four kinds of compound fertilizers: organic-inorganic compound fertilizer(OIOF),biochar-based organic-inorganic compound fertilizer I(BOIOF I),biochar-based organic-inorganic compound fertilizer II(BOIOF II)and biochar-based fertilizer(BF),using soil column leaching test, soil culture test and pot experiment, using conventional quick-acting fertilizer(NPK)as a control to explore biochar and organic fertilizer effects of nutrient release and supply characteristics of organic-inorganic compound fertilizers prepared in different proportions on crop nutrient absorption, dry matter accumulation, fertilizer utilization and yield, with a view to identifying biochar-based integrated products of biochar, organic fertilizer and fertilizer The characteristics of fertilizer and fertilizer for organic-inorganic compound fertilizer provide theoretical and practical basis for the development and development of biochar-based organic-inorganic compound fertilizer and agricultural production application. The research results are as follows:(1)There are some differences in the adsorption and desorption characteristics of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in corn stalk biochar, rice husk biochar and rice straw biochar.Considering the adsorption and desorption properties of biochar on different nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium,it is considered that The solid storage and sustained release properties of rice stalk biochar on inorganic nutrients are significantly better than corn stalk biochar and rice husk biochar, which is more suitable as a material source of biochar in biochar-based organic-inorganic compound fertilizer. The materials mixed with biochar and organic fertilizer still have strong adsorption properties for inorganic nutrients, but the adsorption behavior is more complicated, that is,there is monolayer adsorption and multi-layer adsorption. After the combination of biochar and organic fertilizer, the proportion of biochar has a certain influence on the adsorption and desorption characteristics of the mixed materials.(2)In the soil column leaching test and soil culture test, the four kinds of compound fertilizers OIOF,BOIOF I,BOIOF II and BF all slowed the release of inorganic nutrients in the early stage and improved the supply capacity of nutrients in the middle and late stages. The three fertilizers OIOF,BOIOF I and BOIOF II increase with the proportion of biochar, and the better the release effect of inorganic nutrients,BOIOF II and BF show significant advantages in the release and supply of inorganic nutrients, but the difference between the two is small.(3)In the pot experiment, the inorganic nutrient content in the OIOF,BOIOF I,BOIOF II and BF treated soils was lower than that in the NPK treatment, indicating that OIOF,BOIOF I,BOIOF II and BF can effectively slow the release of nutrients in the fertilizer. In the later stage, the inorganic nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in the soil can maintain a high content, and the advantages of BOIOF II and BF treatment are most significant. The three different compound fertilizers OIOF,BOIOF I and BOIOF II have certain differences in the release and supply characteristics of inorganic nutrients. The general trend is that with the increase of the proportion of biochar in the compound fertilizer, the inorganic nutrient the better the sustained release effect, the difference in BOIOF II and BF in the release of inorganic nutrients and the supply performance were not significant.(4)The four kinds of compound fertilizers have a certain degree of improvement and improvement on the dry weight of peanuts and the accumulation of nutrients per plant. In the seedling stage and the pod-forming stage, the effects of peanut dry matter weight and nutrient accumulation per plant were not significant. After the pod-forming period, the dry matter weight and nutrient accumulation of different compound fertilizers began to show some differences, indicating that different fertilizers have different effects on nutrient supply and promotion of plant nutrient absorption and growth. The comprehensive test results show that BOIOF II and BF treatment have obvious advantages in improving the dry matter weight and nutrient accumulation of peanut, which indicates that BOIOF II and BF can better regulate the release and supply of inorganic nutrients.Peanuts provide a suitable nutrient supply at different stages of growth.BOIOF I,BOIOF II and BF treatments all had the advantage of increasing yield on the yield of peanuts.Compared with NPK,OIOF,BOIOF I,BOIOF II and BF treatments have improved the utilization of fertilizers to varying degrees, and the nitrogen utilization rate of fertilizers has increased by 4.34% to 18.52%.Among them,BF treatment is optimal, and phosphorus utilization rate is improved.10.07%?25.77%,among which BOIOF II treatment is the best, and the potassium utilization rate is increased by 1.10%?12.14%,among which BOIOF II is the best.BOIOF I,BOIOF II and BF treatments all had the advantage of increasing yield on the yield of peanuts.Compared with NPK,the yield increased by 6.11%,12.02% and 12.92%,respectively,and the highest yield was obtained by BF,but the difference between BOIOF II and BF treatment was not significant.
