Lily is one of the world's four largest cut flowers. It is a delicate herbal flower crop that combines ornamental value, medicinal value and edible value. Now it has become an important economic crop in China.Salt stress is one of the main factors affecting plant growth and limiting crop yield. The annual economic loss due to salt stress is as high as several billion yuan.Lily as a salt-sensitive plant, the saline environment strictly limits the development of lily planting.Lily was used as experimental material to study the effects of CaCl2 on physiological and biochemical characteristics of lily under salt stress, which could provide new ideas for alleviating the adverse effects of salt stress on lily growth and development, and provide a theoretical basis for rational and effective utilization of saline-alkali land.Experimental content:The lily seedlings with the same growth potential were selected for different salt stresses. The physiological characteristics of lily were determined to explore the effect of salt stress on the growth of lily. Then the CaCl2 treatment was carried out simultaneously with salt stress treatment, and the same index was used to compare Whether the application of exogenous CaCl2 has a certain alleviation effect on lily salt stress. The experimental results are as follows:?1?The NaCl concentration in the range of 010‰,the inhibition of NaCl growth on the lily increased with the increase of NaCl concentration. With the increase of salt concentration and stress time,POD and SOD activity, root activity and SP,SF and ST contents in lily leaves increased first and then decreased.?2?Salt stress can degrade chlorophyll and affect plant photosynthesis. The content of chlorophyll is inversely proportional to the salt concentration. The higher the salt concentration, the lower the chlorophyll content, and the chlorophyll a is more susceptible to salt stress than chlorophyll b.The content of MDA was positively correlated with NaCl concentration and stress time. The higher the NaCl concentration, the higher the stress time and the higher the content of MDA.And there is a significant negative correlation between MDA and root activity.?3?When the concentration of CaCl2 in the range of 040 mmol/L was treated with 6‰NaCl stress,POD and SOD activity was observed when the concentration was lower than 20mmol/L CaCl2;root activity;SP,SF,MDA,ST and Compared with the control group, the increase rate was significantly slower and the action time was significantly increased. The treatment with higher than 20 mmol/L CaCl2 was opposite to the control group. Therefore, the appropriate CaCl2 concentration has a certain alleviation effect on NaCl stress.?4?Compared with SOD activity and SP content in roots, bulbs and leaves, the SOD activity and SP content of lily parts under different salt stresses increased first and then decreased. The higher the salinity, the faster the change rate. The difference between the three is that the response time is the same, the root response is the fastest, and the blade response is the slowest.Based on the above studies,it can be determined that the appropriate concentration of CaCl2 can effectively reduce the effect of NaCl stress on lily growth, and provide technical theoretical support for lily cultivation.
