Pseudococcus comstocki is seriously harmful to host plants.In the past,used organophosphorus chemical pesticides for controlling P..The control of P.has not yet to be resolved.Purposes: In this paper,we compare the effects of four bio-sourced pesticides(avermectin,Bacillus thuringiensis,azadirachtin,and matrine)on the indoor and field control of P.,and determine whether it is possible to screen out the traditional high toxic chemical pesticides or biological pesticides with similar control effects to control P.Methods: The indoor culture of P.was carried out and the efficacy test of four kinds of biological pesticides in the room was carried out.The best pesticide ratio was selected for field experiment.Statistical analysis was performed using professional software such as Excel2007 and Spss19.0.Results: According to the indoor test results and the comprehensive consideration of economy and environmental protection,the concentration of the four biological pesticides selected for the field test was 3.2% avermectin 4000 times solution and 8000 IU/ml Bacillus thuringiensis 800.Double solution,0.5% azadirachtin 400 times solution,0.5% matrine 700 times solution.The results of the indoor and outdoor tests are slightly different.The four biological pesticides produced phytotoxicity to the tested plants in the field.Although the quickacting effect of the four biological pesticides can not cause the tested pests to die immediately,the tested pests almost no or little damage to the host plants after application,which has a certain protective effect on the host plants.In the prevention and treatment,avermectin EC4000 times liquid with better efficacy than other three kinds of biological pesticides can be used.The anti-effect of 8000 IU/ml 8000 IU/ml 8000 IU/ml SC800 times solution can reach 90% or more.The control effect of drug 10 d can reach 90% and above,and the 0.5700 matrine AS700 times liquid has good control effect on prevention and treatment 5-10 d,and the control effect can reach 90% and above.The effect is close to the actual organic phosphorus chemical pesticides in the past prevention and control of P..Although less than 40% of the chlorpyrifos 1000 times liquid,the control effect can still reach 93.6% after 15 days of application.However,considering environmental factors,it is recommended to use bio-source pesticides for complementary application.Conclusion: 1.The indoor test results are superior to the field test results.2.The four bio-sourced pesticides used in this test were safe for the tested plants.3.The four biological pesticides selected for the test have certain control effects on P..
