Analysis And Clinical Investigation Of Typical Cases Of Canine Skin Diseases In Dongying Area

With the development of economy and the spiritual needs of people,pet dogs have entered thousands of households,and the number and types of skin diseases in pet dogs are increasing day by day.Through the collection of the basic information of pet dog outpatient cases,the basic information includes pet dog age,breed,sex,onset time and so on.Combined with the clinical manifestations of skin patients,the incidence and regularity are analyzed,and the disease materials of typical cases are selected.The laboratory diagnosis and so on were carried out,and 674 out-patient cases of dog dermatosis in the whole year were finally obtained.In this paper,the types,clinical characteristics and regularity of 674 cases of canine skin in many pet hospitals in Dongying area were statistically analyzed in order to provide theoretical guidance for the diagnosis of clinical canine skin diseases.The statistical results showed that the onset time of dog skin disease was from April to August of each year,and the susceptibility of different breeds to skin disease was different.The highest incidence rate of Teddy dogs was 27.8 %,followed by Golden Retriever(25.0 %).The age of onset was mainly under 5years old(96.8 %),and the main site was back and ear.Fungal and bacterial infections and parasite infections were the main pathogens.223 cases of fungal skin diseases accounted for 33.2 % of the total skin diseases,133 cases of bacterial skin cases accounted for 19.7 % of the total skin diseases,and 134 cases of tick skin cases.The cases accounted for 19.8 % of the total skin diseases and 137 of the acariasis dermatosis,accounting for 20.3 % of the total skin diseases.In the treatment scheme,the cure rate of one course of comprehensive treatment was 92.0 %,the cure rate of 48.6 % of skin patients was 48.6 %,and the ratio of male to female dogs was 1.66:1.In this paper,four typical cases of dog skin diseases are described and analyzed,and the diagnosis method and treatment of four different kinds of dog skin diseases are discussed.The aim of this paper is to provide the theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the pet’s clinical skin diseases.
