Rice panicle traits are an important part of the ideal plant type,Excavating and utilizing new QTLs for rice-related traits, provide theoretical reference and genetic resources for rice molecular breeding. In this experiment,234 recombinant inbred lines derived from high quality japonica rice TIJIN and japonica rice IRTA10 were used as experimental materials.Through three years of field trials, the panicle length, the branch number, the grain number, the setting grain number, the grain length, the grain width, the grain thick, the flag leaf length, and the flag leaf width were investigated.QTL mapping and analysis of various traits,The main findings are as follows:1 Correlation analysis of panicle traits indicated,The correlation between panicle weight and grain thickness and grain length-width ratio was not significant, and the correlation with other traits of panicle was extremely significant;Panicle length has little effect on grain length, grain thickness, seed setting percentage and aspect ratio, and has significant correlation with other traits; The number of branches has little effect on grain length, grain width and aspect ratio, and is significantly correlated with grain thick and other ear traits; The correlation between grain number and setting grain number, grain length, grain width, and aspect ratio is not significant, and the correlation with other traits such as grain thick is significant; The correlation between thousand grain weight and panicle length and seed setting percentage of rice was not significant, and it was significantly correlated with other ear traits.2 Correlation analysis between leaf traits and panicle traits showed, flag leaf length, flag leaf width, specific flag leaf weight, and flag leaf area are significantly correlated with panicle weight, panicle length, number of branches, grain number, setting grain number, seed setting percentage, and grain density, and grain length, grain width,Grain thick, aspect ratio and thousand grain weight are not significant; The chlorophyll and flavonoid content of the leaves were significantly correlated with the thousand grain weight and the seed setting percentage; The correlation between heading date and panicle weight and grain length was not significant, and the correlation with other traits was significant.3 Using ICI Mapping software to locate rice panicle traits and leaf traits.a total of 107 QTL loci were detected, distributed on 12 chromosomes of rice, there are 15 main QTLs,and the single contribution rate is between 16.39% and 45.19%.Contains QTLs that control panicle weight, panicle length, primary branch number, setting grain number, grain length, grain width, grain thick, thousand grain weight, and grain aspect ratio. There were 22 QTLs repeatedly detected in the same interval in the same trait for three years.Distributed on chromosomes 1,2,3,4,5,8,10 and 12.Repeated QTLs located on chromosomes 1,8 and 10 may be new QTLs,no cloned gene/QTL was found yet.4 Further analysis of the QTL locus located in the experiment, these QTLs were found to have seven hotspots. In the RM5336-RM1195 interval of chromosome 1,8 QTLs controlling panicle and leaf traits were detected;Located in the RM1358-RM492 marker region of chromosome 2,8 QTLs controlling panicle traits were detected; On chromosome 3,9 QTLs were detected in interval RM231-STS8,8 QTLs were detected in interval RM4992-RM3417,and 7 QTLs were detected in interval RM1940-RM2334.The clustering phenomenon is clearly distributed on chromosome 3,and the hotspot area located in the third staining upper body to control rice agronomic traits has a large coverage. In the vicinity of the marker RM3395 of chromosome 8,5 QTLs controlling the thousand grain weight, grain length, and grain number were detected; There are also multiple QTLs controlling various traits in rice near the STS19 marker on chromosome 12.For the phenomenon of clustering of QTL sites on chromosomes,The reason may be caused by the multi-effect of the gene,or the overlapping and tight linkage of the gene.
