Ecological Clean Small Watershed Comprehensive Control Research

With the development of China’s economy,the problems of water pollution and eutrophication in rivers and lakes are becoming more and more serious,and the water environment in the river basin has been worsening,which has seriously affected the sustainable development of local economic and social development.Liling in such aspects as comprehensive control of soil erosion research on although some progress has been made,but ecological clean small watershed construction is still in its infancy,so carry out systematic analysis and research,appear very urgent and necessary.In this paper,based on the theory of three lines of defence,according to the characteristics of the liling soil erosion is serious and the need of protection of water sources,the integrated use of natural law and economic law,with small watershed as a unit,centered on water conservation,to control the non-point source pollution and soil and water loss control as the main working content,adhere to the ecological priority and the principle of combining artificial governance and natural repair,combined with small watershed terrain and human activities,on the basis of small watershed landscape area and the distance from river(groove),from far and near,will be divided into ecological restoration of small watershed area,ecological control,ecological conservation,adjust measures to local conditions to deploy a variety of measures,and from the economic,ecological and social benefits from three aspects,on the benefit of small watershed management after was studied,and further demonstrates the feasibility of the scheme.Ecological clean small watershed management should take different treatment methods to different terrain,climate,natural conditions and the area in the actual construction,improve people’s living environment through the reasonable methods and perfect management,achieve the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
