The study was in research of the application technology of premixture of picoxystrobin and propiconazole against rice major diseases including sheath blight and false smut,as well as peanut leaf spot.The research started with the reference of the related chemical pesticide efficacy studies,and analyze these two molecules properties with their current using situation,provided the toxicity on the pathogen and the synergy effect with the premixture by the baseline studies.The field trials in the research,also shows the good efficacy on sheath blight and false smut,and the exploration on drone application helps the industry to apply the feasibility of this new method.Meanwhile,the efficacy trials on peanut leaf spot disease verify this premixture effect and the improvement on peanut yield.The research refers to lots of literatures and applies many test methods,to prove the efficacy on the target diseases,and develops the further and extensive application methods of such premixture.A to the inhouse baseline study of the premixture of picoxystrobin and pripiconazle against rice sheath blight and false smut pathogen,the results showed that both properties have strong inhibiting effect against sheath blight and false smut,and also showed that the co-toxicity coefficient of the five ratios was higher than 120,with its highest efficacy at the rate of 2:5,which verified the reasonability of the premixture.Propiconazole and picoxystrobin belong to the difference fungicide group of triazole and strobing,with the different mode of action.The premixture can effectively postpone the resistance of the solo formulations and expand the effect on the target diseases,with its outstanding performance on rice sheath blight and good performance on false smut.The premixture of propiconazole and picoxystrobin is one excellent product in rice disease control.Moreover,the research also involves the efficacy trials of the premixture of picoxystrobin and propiconazole against rice sheath blight and false smut.The trials conducted in two major rice areas of Donggang and Panjin in Liaoning Province showed excellent performance control against rice sheath blight.The performance control against rice sheath blight was achieved at 90.8% in Donggang and 97.6% in Panjin,much better than the reference control groups of 32.5% Azoxystrobin and difenoconazole SC,and shows almost no distinction from the reference control groups of 75% trifloxystrobin and tebuconazole WG.The excellent performance control against false smut was achieved at 93.7% in Donggang and 94.3% in Panjin,much better than that of the reference control groups.The product was safe to the crop and improved yield which showing its additional benefit on the crop health.The performance of this premixture was prior to reference control groups for all indexes.In Donggang,the crop yield was increased by 7.4%,and in Panjin,by 18.9%.Besides,drone application was also applicable to the premixture especially for the control on false smut,which was competitive with the knapsack sprayer and the application of adjuvant.The efficacy trials of premixture of picoxystrobin and propiconazole against peanut leaf spot were conducted in Xingcheng and Zhuanghe in Liaoning Province.The trials showed excellent performance control,i.e.,85.1% in Xingcheng and 85.51 in Zhuanghe and no crop response was observed during all the trials.The leaves of treated peanuts were dark green,and the defoliation time was postponed,the illumination time to peanuts was prolonged.The study proved that the premixture had excellent performance control against peanut leaf spot under recommended use rate and posed no threat to crop safety.It also showed certain crop vigor instead of crop response.The yield was increased by 30.11%,much better than the referent control groups.
