In the experiment mainly studied effects of feeding fermented Corn stalk on the Production Performance and Physiological Biochemical indexes of Small Tailed Han Sheep. It provides a reference for improving the feeding value of corn stalk.Experiment 1 Effect of fermented corn stalk on the production performance of Small Tailed Han SheepMethods: A total of 60 healthy and similar 6-month old male Small Tailed Han Sheep were selected as experimental animals, and were randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 males in each group.50% of the daily grain concentrate and 50% of the corn stalk treated differently shall be fed as the total mixed daily grain. The amount of each feed shall be delivered according to the weight of 2.5%.After 60 days of continuous feeding,at 6:00 am the next day,the weight of the small-tailed cold sheep was terminal weight. At the end of the60-day trial, all of the Experimental animals were slaughtered for body weight.?and ?,two groups of patients in the experiment the 50 th days randomly choose 6 sheep do digestion test.Fresh feces of each experimental group were collected at 10:00 every day for 4 consecutive days. The quality of dry matter, crude protein, acidic detergent fiber(ADF)and neutral detergent fiber(NDF)were measured.Results:(1)after fermentation, neutral washing fiber(NDF)decreased significantly and acidic washing fiber(ADF)decreased significantly.(2)the digestibility of dietary protein was significantly increased by the fermentation of corn stalk fed with the calaveria medulla.(3)the rate of slaughter of Small Tailed Han Sheep can be significantly increased by feeding the dried and fermented corn stalk.Experiment 2 Effects of feeding fermented corn stalk on physiological and biochemical indexes of Small Tailed Han SheepMethods: A total of 30 healthy and similar 6-month old female Small Tailed Han Sheep were selected as experimental animals, and were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 15 males in each group.Feeding amount according to the weight 2% every time, are free to gather the food and drinking water,if not enough in a feeding trough total mixed diet, total mixed diet supplements.Experimental in every 10 days ? control group with ? group and experimental group each randomly 5 Small Tailed Han Sheep measuring temperature, pulse and breathing rate and make detailed records.Experimental at six the next morning, after the? and ? control group patients randomly to 10 Small Tailed Han Sheep neck vein blood, each with add 10 ml of anticoagulant vacuum blood vessels and 10 ml did not add the vacuum of anticoagulant collect blood vessels. The physiological indexes were measured by automatic animal blood cell analyzer and the biochemical indexes were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer.Results:(1)the effects of feeding and fermentation corn stalk on physiological indexes were not significant.(2)the effects of feeding and fermentation corn stalk on blood physiological indexes were not significant.(3)the effect of feeding and fermenting corn stalk on the blood biochemical indexes except albumin decreased(significant difference,0.01<P<0.05).
