In order to investigate the effect of fermentation on soybean straw composition,two kinds of fermentation were used,one is direct fermentation,the other is to add 4% corn and1% soybean meal in soybean straw material,and test its composition after fermentation for 30 days.The test results show that,Fermentation can reduce CF,NDF and ADF content in soybean straw and increase the content of nitrogen-free leachate.Fermentation has a great influence on fiber composition and has little effect on ash and lignin.The fermentation effect is better when adding corn and soybean meal.In order to determine the nutrient digestibility of fermented soybean stalks and their mixtures,15 Yilatu aged about 60 days were randomly divided into 3 groups,each group of 5repeats,1 for each repeated group,and 15% were fed with regular soybean stalks and 15%were directly fermented.Soybean stalks,20% of the corn,soybean meal,soybean straw mixed fermentation materials to replace the basic daily grain,using the total collection of manure for digestion test,the test results show that fermentation can increase the nutrient digestibility in soybean straw in the fermentation of corn and soybean meal is better.In order to find out the effect of fermented soybean stalks on the production performance and slaughter of rabbits,120 rabbits about the age of 2 months were divided into a treatment group,each group of 5 repeated,with 4 in each repeated group.The results of 40 days of feeding experiments on 0% to 20% of daily grains containing fermented soybean straw showed that 10% of fermented soybean stalks had the highest daily weight gain and 15%fermented soybean stalks had the highest conversion rate.The yield of 20% fermented soybean straw group was the worst,which had no significant effect on meat rabbit slaughter index.In order to determine the effect of fermented soybean straw on the quality of feed particles,five kinds of granules made from 0% to 20% fermented soybean straw were used for feeding tests.The grains of 15% fermented soybean straw group were the hardest,and the powder rate and powder content were the lowest.
