As the main equipment of feed crushing and processing,the hammer mill has the characteristics of simple structure,small volume,low price and operating easily.However,in view of the existence of material-air circulation layer in the traditional hammer mill,the crushing efficiency,energy consumption and processing cost of the crusher are seriously affected.In order to solve this problem,on the basis of studying the crushing mechanism of hammer mill,a rotary hammer mill is designed which can achieve cycling mill on a single machine..The main research content and conclusions are as follows:(1)The design and working principle of the rotary sweeping chamber hammer mill.Sweeping chamber rotor on the inner wall of the sieve slice for moderate circular motion not only can effectively achieve the purpose of destruction-air circulation layer material,also can play a variety of functions such as feeding,cleaning and screening.It is helpful for the leakage of raw material after crushing to improve the crushing efficiency(2)The design of key parts.Explaining the design justification of each part including the design of transmission system,hammer rotor and sweeping chamber rotor,selection of bearing and the bearing design,et al,is explained detailedly,.And the key parts are analyzed and checked.(3)The check and analysis of key parts.checking the strength of the main axle base on the 3th strength theory and getting the result that the main axle is qualified.Through the analysis of the movement force of the hammer,this paper demonstrates that the hammer not only rotates at high speed with the pin axis around the spindle,but also oscillates periodically with the pin axis.The total response of forced vibration is related to the initial rotation angle of the hammer blade around the pin axis,the rotation radius of the pin axis around the spindle center,the rotation radius of the hammer blades'center of mass around the spindle center,the rotor speed and the gravity acceleration.(4)Experimental research of rotary sweeping chamber hammer mill.Ternary quadratic regression orthogonal combination experiment is carried regarding the gap between hammer and sifter flake,the revolving speed of the hammer rotor and the moisture content of materials as experimental factors and the yield of rotary sweeping chamber hammer mill as experimental index.The regression model between yield and three influencing factors is established using Design-Expert an analysis software.Further analysis shows that the gap between hammer and sifter flake,the revolving speed of the hammer rotor and the moisture content of materials all have significant influence on the yield;the the yield of the rotary sweeping chamber hammer mill will achieve maximum value 9.78×10~3kg/h when the gap between hammer and sifter flake,the revolving speed of the hammer rotor and the moisture content of materials are 20mm,2970r/min and 10%,respectively.It shows that the yield of the rotary sweeping chamber hammer mill is optimal by comparing the yield of the rotary sweeping chamber hammer mill and chamber hammer mill.So the design and optimize of it has practical significance on actual production.
