Investigation And Analysis Of Liaoning Seedling Industry Condition Of The Present Situation

In this paper,East of Liaoning Province(Dandong,Benxi,Fushun),South of Liaoning Province(Dalian,Anshan,Yingkou,Panjin),North of Liaoning Province(Shenyang,Tieling),West of Liaoning Province(Jinzhou,Chaoyang,Huludao,Fuxin)as the study area,by the data collection and investigation,analysis on the status of seedling industry in Liaoning,such as :nursery number,nursery stock breeding,classes and quantities,base construction of improved seeds,base seed production and supply capacity,nursery stock industry practitioners and so on,understand the current situation of forest seed and seedling industry,find out the problems,and put forward the corresponding development countermeasures.It has significance,for the healthy development of forest seed and seedling cause in Liaoning;promote the construction of forest seed and seedling from quantity guarantee type to quantity guarantee type;the transformation of quality and efficiency is of great strategic significance for achieving the goal of forestry scientific development.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.There are 4,306 nurseries in Liaoning.There are more nurseries in East of Liaoning Province and South of Liaoning Province,each accounting for 1/3;the nursery area is 18625 hm~2,the largest area is East of Liaoning Province,1/2 of the total area,and the smallest in West of Liaoning Province,only 1/ 9.Among the four regions in Liaoning,The number of state-run nurseries is small,the area of individual nurseries is large,and the total scale is large;the number of individual nurseries is large,the area of single nursery is small,and the total scale is the largest;the number of collective nurseries is small,the area of single nursery is small,and the total scale is small.Among the employees in the nursery of Liaoning Province,4% are graduate students,13% are undergraduate degrees,34% are college graduates,and 49% are high school,technical secondary school or below.The distribution of talents in different regions in East of Liaoning Province,South of Liaoning Province,West of Liaoning Province and North of Liaoning Province is not much different.2.The annual seedling yield of nursery in Liaoning is 616.281 million,of which the seedlings in Liaoning and East of Liaoning Province respectively account for 1/3 of the total seedlings;The self-employed nursery has the largest contribution to seedling yield,accounting for 4/5 of the total seedling production.There are about 21 species of main seedlings in Liaoning.Among the 21 main tree species,there are 14 species of broad-leaved trees,83% of which are seedlings,Populus Linn,Salix babylonica Linn,fruit tree and Armeniaca sibirica(L.)Lam are the main species;7 kinds of conifers,17% of nursery area,Pinus koraiensis Sieb.et Zucc and Picea asperata Mast.And Abies fabri(Mast.)Craib are the main species.East of Liaoning Province is Ginkgo biloba Linn,fruit trees,West of Liaoning Province is Armeniaca sibirica(L.)Lam,South of Liaoning Province is Salix babylonica Linn,fruit trees,North of Liaoning Province is Populus Linn,they have the largest nursery area,followed by large areas of coniferous trees in various regions.The completion of each region is more than 90%,the survival rate is more than 80%,and the growth is better.The sampling inspection found that the qualified rate of seedlings in various regions of Liaoning did not reach 100%,but they were all above 60%.Among them,the pass rate in North of Liaoning Province is the highest,reaching 85%.3.The total area of improved seed production bases in Liaoning is 5044 hm~2.The good seed bases are mainly concentrated in East of Liaoning Province and West of Liaoning Province,accounting for 7/10 of the total area,and only 1/10 in the North of Liaoning Province.Among all the good seed bases,the mother trees,seed gardens,and saplings are concentrated in East of Liaoning Province.The seed collection base in Liaoning covers a total area of 1113 hm~2,and the seed collection base is mainly in East of Liaoning Province,accounting for 1/3 of the total area,while the North of Liaoning Province mining base only accounts for 1/16.4.The main problems faced by the forestry seedling industry are: the yield of forest seedlings needs to be improved,the quality of forest seedlings needs to be improved,the lack of professional and technical talents in forest seedling industry,and the management system of forest seedlings are not yet sound,forest species The forest seedlings information system is imperfect,and the construction area and level of forest seed breeding bases are not balanced.5.In view of the development status and existing problems of forestry seedling industry in Liaoning,this study proposes the following countermeasures: strengthen the supervision of forest seedling quality,improve the quality of forest seedlings;improve management measures,increase nursery yield;increase the cultivation of forest seedlings Strength;improve the management system of forest seedlings;improve the information system of forest seedlings;strengthen the construction of forest seed breeding bases.
