| The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Party put forward that the strategy of rural revitalization is an important strategic goal to solve the problem of the "three peasants" in China and the disharmony between urban and rural areas and regional development.The development of ecological agriculture is the only way to realize the strategy of rural green development and revitalization,and it is also an important measure to promote the new type of agricultural development in the new era of our country.Therefore,it is of great significance for the formation and development of ecological agriculture in provinces and even for the development of ecological agriculture in China to explore and study the current construction of ecological agriculture,especially the problems existing in the construction of ecological agriculture in provinces and its countermeasures.Firstly,on the basis of clarifying the connotation and basic characteristics of ecological agriculture construction in China,this paper expounds the practical significance of ecological agriculture construction in liaoning province.At the same time,the significance of Marx’s thought on circular economy and Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization construction to China’s ecological agriculture construction is discussed.Secondly,the main problems and reasons of ecological agriculture construction in Liaoning were discussed.On the basis of understanding the current state of ecological agriculture construction in Liaoning,we pointed out a series of problems that existed in the process of ecological agriculture construction in Liaoning,such as shortage of environmental resources and pollution,insufficient investment of ecological funds,imperfect legal system,and lack of ecological literacy of agricultural producers.The causes of these problems are analyzed.Finally,the model selection and countermeasures of Liaoning ecological agriculture construction are put forward.According to the characteristics of ecological and agricultural development in different regions of Liaoning province,Five models are proposed,namely,the ecological model for the establishment of deep development in the plain area of central Liaoning,the ecological model for the establishment of complex three-dimensional in the mountainous areas of Eastern Liaoning,the Comprehensive Environmental management model in the semi-arid areas of Western Liaoning,the model for courtyard efficient ecological agriculture,and the ecological model for the three-dimensional mixing of aquatic animals and plants.And put forward five countermeasures on the existing problems.That is,protecting ecological agriculturalresources and improving the agricultural environment,establishing a policy and legal system for the development of ecological agriculture,establishing a technical support system for the development of ecological agriculture,realizing multi-channel financing for ecological agriculture,and paying attention to the cultivation of farmers ’ecological ideas and the improvement of their overall quality. |
