| Walnut(Juglans regia L.)is known as the "treasure in the fruit," and is one of the industries in which China’s industrialization is developing vigorously.Especially in the Sichuan region,it is used as a supporting industry for precision poverty alleviation.However,with the rapid development of the walnut industry,the average management level and the concentration of the planting environment have become more complex,making the pests in the walnut industry more and more serious.This study used Hanyuan County as a template and based on the background of the survey of forestry pests in Sichuan Province in the last two years,conducted a survey of harmful pests of walnuts,identified the pests found in the walnut industry,and conducted research on the new walnut hazards discovered,determine its characteristics or the cause of the hazard.The main results are as follows:(1)There are 30 species of harmful organisms in walnuts in Hanyuan County,among which pests with more serious hazards are Batocera horsfieldi,Culcula panterinaria,Conogethes punctiferalis,Atrijuglans hetaohei,etc.The most common diseases are C.gloeosporioides,X.campestris pv.,and Leaf of walnut The ones that are potentially harmful are harmful organisms such as Basidiomycotina,Phomopsis juglundana,Nectria pseudotrichia,Anoplophora chinensisand Rosalia lameerei,which are harmful to walnut branches.(2)Varieties of walnuts show periodic changes with changes in temperature.In April,The pest began to harm the plants and the disease began to infect the plants when the temperature is 10-30℃ in Hanyuan County.As the temperature increased,the species increased and the damage increased.When the temperature in November is 10-20°C,the harmful biological hazards are reduced and the pest start to sleep.(3)The species and degree of harmful organisms of walnuts are related to their planting environment.The harmful biological hazards of walnuts and mixed trees,walnuts and corn are more serious than walnut pure forests.There are more species of harmful organisms than walnut pure forest species in walnut and citrus mixed cultivation.(4)Walnut leaf deficiencies Hanyuan County began to harm walnut leaves in May,mostly in the “Yanyuan Zao” 4th-age walnut plant.The malformation between the leaves and veins of walnut leaves.In the Hanyuan County,walnut planting areas generally occurred,among which Pianma Township suffered the most.(5)Walnut ulcers are mainly harmful to the trunk and lateral branches,mostly at the base of the trunk,and more rain is the season in which the disease frequently occurs.Through the morphological and molecular methods of the pathogen of walnut canker,the pathogenic bacteria was Pseudotrichia and the asexual type was Tubercularia lateritia.To conduct indoor biological assays:the optimum growth temperature is between 20 and30°C;the optimum illumination is full illumination;the optimum p H was p H 6-8,and the hypha growth rate decreased with the degree of p H bias.With the increase of the humidity,the growth of this bacterium became faster,and its relative growth rate was the fastest when the relative humidity was about 85%. |
