significant physiological activity such as chelidonine.Has a variety of pharmacological effects such as anti-tumor,anti-infection and so on.The celandine extract has good bacteriostatic action against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.Enramycin is a polypeptide antibiotic.Just adding a trace can show excellent growth promoting effect and improve feed utilization. And it has high stability, low toxicity, low drug residues, and is not easy to produce drug resistance after long-term use. Therefore,it is recommended by many countries in the world as animal growth promoters and is a good feed additive. No chelidonine has been used as a feed additive for poultry feed to promote growth, and no combination of chelidonine with enramamycin has been found. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of combination of enramycin and chelidonine on growth performance and organ index of Gushi Chicks. In this study, healthy Gushi chicks of one day old were selected and randomly divided into four experimental groups with four replicates and 25 replicates each. The first group of blank groups was fed with basic diets daily, the second group was chelidonine group,1 g/kg chelidonine was added to the basic diet, and the third group was enramycin group. In the basic diet,0.25 g/kg enramycin was added, and the fourth group was a combination group. In the basic diet,0.25 g/kg enramycin and 1g/kg celandine were added for four weeks.Record material consumption and weight data to calculate the weight gain ratio. In the second week of the experiment and the fourth week of the experiment, blood was collected from each group of chickens to determine serum biochemical indicators. After the blood was collected, the birds were killed and dissected. Each organ index was measured and intestinal specimens were collected;the length and weight of the small intestine were measured.Paraffin sections were made and the villus height, crypt depth, and geyder ratio were measured. After the content of cecum was extracted and the bacterial DNA of the contents was extracted, the PCR-DGGE technique was used to study the changes in intestinal floraof the experimental chickens. The test results are as follows:1.Effect of chelidonine and enramycin on growth performance. At the age of 14 days, the average daily weight gain of the combination group was higher than that of the blank group, the enramycin group, and the chelidonine group. The feed-to-weight ratio was lower than that of the blank group, the lenamycin control group, and the chelidonine control group;the feed-to-weight ratio of the 28-day-old combination group was lower than that of the lenexycin control group and the chelidonine control group. The weight of each test group before and after the blank group was significantly reduced, while the experimental group was stable. It can be concluded that the combination of enramycin and chelidonine can effectively increase the average daily weight gain of chicks, reduce the ratio of feed to weight, and improve the conversion rate of feed, which can promote the growth and growth performance of Gushi chickens during the brooding stage..2.Effect of chelerythrine and enramycin on serum biochemical indicators in chicks. The combined use of enramycin and chelidonine at the age of 14 days had a protective effect on the body’s liver tissue, thereby reducing the damage caused to the body during daily feeding. At the same time,at the age of 14 days and 28 days, the combined group increased the decrease of blood urea nitrogen level, decreased the catabolism of the protein, increased the deposition of protein in the body, thereby achieving a certain role in promoting growth, and increased GSH The content improves serum antioxidant capacity and significantly improves IL-2modulation of immune function.3.The effect of chelidonine and enramycin on intestinal development. The addition of chelidonine promoted duodenal intestinal villi development at the age of 14 days in the brooding period of Gushi chicken, promoted jejunum villus development at 28 days, and added chelidonine at the age of 14 days increased the length of the jejunum.Weight, ileum weight, which promotes the growth and development of the intestine. The addition of enramycin had no significant effect on intestinal villi development;adding enramycin reduced the weight of the ileum and had no significant effect on intestinal development.4.The effects of chelidonine and enramycin on the intestinal flora. The combination of chelidonine and ramramycin at 14 days compensated for the lack of enzymatic inhibition of enoxaparin, and the chelidonine group significantly inhibited the growth of the bacterial strain of Faecalibacterium at 28 days of age.It is unfavorable to the health of the gut,but the combination with enramycin increases the number of strains of Faecalibacterium and thus improves the structure of the gut microbiota. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | chelidonine, enramycin, growth properties, serum
