| At present,the application of chemical fertilizers has become the fundamental guarantee for the sustainable development of agriculture and is the basis for increasing grain production.With the continuous increase in the amount of fertilizer used by farmers,the unreasonable use of chemical fertilizers poses a threat to the environment and at the same time reduces the use of fertilizer.Therefore,in order to reduce the loss of fertilizer during the corn planting process,this experiment uses the common blending fertilizer(28-15-12)commonly used by farmers as the main raw material,and uses the granulator extrusion granulation method to prepare a large particle ball fertilizer.Through the static water culture test,field simulation test,pot experiment and field fertilizer effect test,the nutrient release characteristics of large particle ball fertilizer were discussed,as well as the effects on the growth and nutrient absorption and utilization of spring corn.It provides a theoretical basis for the development of environmentally friendly slow-release fertilizers,which is of great significance for improving the utilization rate of agricultural fertilizers in China,increasing crop yields,and reducing environmental pollution.The results of this experiment are as follows:1.At the same time,the accumulated nutrient release rate of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in large-grained ball fertilizers in water and soil was less than that of common blended fertilizers.The static water culture test showed that the difference between the N,P and K nutrient dissolution rate of the large pellet ball fertilizer at the first hour and the common blending fertilizer was the most obvious,which was 21.5%,21.1% and 21.9% lower than that of the ordinary blended fertilizer.Field simulation tests showed that the fertilizer residue of large particle ball fertilizer in the soil was always higher than that of ordinary blended fertilizer.The cumulative dissolution rates of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium in large-particle pellets on the first day reached 18.83%,41.46%,and 21.14%,respectively,which were 67.9%,22.2%,and 60.8% lower than those of common blended fertilizers.When the cumulative dissolution rates of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium in fertilizers are all above 90%,common blending fertilizers require 5 days,while large-particle ball fertilizers can be extended to the 20 th day.2.Pot experiments showed that different weights of large particle ball fertilizer had an effect on the biological characteristics and yield of corn.In the later period of corn growth,when the weight of the large-granule ball fertilizer applied was 10.0g,the plant height of the maize was significantly higher than that of the common blended fertilizer with the same weight,and other biological characteristics also exhibited dominant characteristics.With the increase of ear length and ear thickness of corn,corn yield has also been increased.Second,the application of 13.3g of common blending fertilizer and 10.0g of large-granular ball fertilizer have obvious effect on the yield increase of maize,but the yield of 10.0g of large-granule ball fertilizer is more significant than that of other fertilization treatments.,can increase production by 11.5%.3.Large particle ball fertilizer can significantly increase corn yield.Field fertilizer experiments showed that when the amount of fertilization was the same,large-grained ball fertilizer increased the number of grains per ear and 100-grain weight of maize compared with common blending fertilizers,thereby increasing maize yield and increasing yield by 7.54%.When the fertilizer application of large-grain fertilizers was reduced by 25% and 50%,the yield was not significantly lower than that of ordinary blended fertilizers.Under the condition of the same amount of fertilizer,large-grained ball fertilizer can significantly increase the nutrient use efficiency,agronomic efficiency,and partial productivity of fertilizer compared with ordinary blended fertilizer.The nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium nutrient utilization ratios of large-particle ball fertilizers were 20.44%,10.0% and 1.3% higher than those of ordinary blended fertilizers,respectively.Agronomic efficiency and partial productivity were increased by 26.94%,26.97%,26.94% and 7.54%,7.54%,and 7.55%,respectively,compared with ordinary blending fertilizers.4.In the tasselling and filling stages of maize,the inorganic nitrogen content of the large-granular ball fertilizer with the same amount of fertilizer is higher than that of the common blended fertilizer,which can stabilize the residual inorganic nitrogen in the later stage of maize growth.When the large-grained ball fertilizer was reduced by 25% and 50%,the soil inorganic nitrogen content also had no significant decrease.During the whole growth period of maize,the changes of ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen content in the plough layer soil treated with large-grained ball fertilizers can create suitable environmental conditions for the growth of corn,so that the corn can absorb various nutrients during the growth process and ensure High yield and stable production of corn. |
