This dissertation is based on the Reid Group diaphysis inbred line PHPH6 WC and PH09 B as materials;We regard the DH Breeding technology to foster 4 categories J1590,J3D99,J3D106,J3D130 of the DH series and PHPH6 WC as female parents.Using the Non-Reid Group diaphysis inbred line PH4 CV and PHB1 M as materials to cultivate J9D207,J1577 and J1881 of the DH series and using DOM Group diaphysis inbred line S122 as materials to cultivate J1828,J2239 and J1446 of the DH series,we regard these 6 kind of the DH series as male parents.We make these five female parents hybridize with these 6 male parents be incomplete proportion to collocate 30 kinds of Hybrid combinations.From 2016 to 2017 we got the results of the DH series in Changchun City,Songyuan City and Gongzhuling City about the research of the advantage,combining ability,prolificacy and stability to evaluate potential of the DH series.The result is as follows:1?The advantage of the result aboyt hybridization is: From 2016 to 2017 the advantage of hybridization was ubiquitous in Changchun City,Songyuan City and Gongzhuling City.But the different combinations had different expressions.And in these 30 combinations,J1590×J1881,J3D130×J1577 the two combinations have the best expressions compared with average advantage and comparison advantage in these three locations for two years.So we consider these two combinations have obvious advantage and better stability.The weight of axis and the height of tassel's position have common advantage.The number of tassel lines dose not have obvious change compared with both parents.The length of Bald tip have negative effects.2?The result of the combining ability shows:The counts that GCA of yield to female parents J1590,J3D130 and male parents J1577,J1881 in these three locations for two years have positive effects.The average is 5.14,1.65,1.94,1.82.We analysis the results by SCA and TCA.The yields of J1590 matches with J1881 and J3D130 matches with J1577 are maximum.So we consider that these have more applicated potential in yield field.The counts that GCA of J1828 about plant height,the height of tassel's position,length of bald tip,diameter of axis,weight of axis have negative effects.Lenth of tassel and count of a line have positive effects.We can use these expressions to improve plant height,the height of tassel's position,length of tassel,count of a line,length of bald tip,diameter of axis,weight of axis.The counts that GCA of J1590 and J1881 about the number of lines in each tassel and count of a line have positive effects.They could be used to improve hybridization combinations about number of lines in each tassel and count of a line.3?The result of yield and stability shows: the yield and stability of J3D130 matches with J1577 and 1590×1881 are the best in these three locations for two years.J3D106×J9D207 has better yield and more easily to get bumper crop but it has bad stability.It shows that J3D106×J9D207 is high yield but unstabitable.J1590×J1828 has common yield and good stability.As above shows: in these three locations for two years,J1590×J1881,J3D130×J1577 have the better heterosis,combining ability prolificacy stability,All in all,they are hybrids what are worthy of being promoted.
