In this experiment,6 DH lines were obtained by inducing multiple sweet corn hybrids with high frequency induction lines.SSR molecular marker technology was used to analyze the genetic distance of DH lines of sweet corn and cluster analysis was performed.Six pieces DH lines of sweet corn and seven ordinary copies of sweet corn were equipped in the form of incomplete diallel hybridization,and 42 pieces hybrid combinations were equipped in total.The combining ability and heterosis of 6 DH lines,7 inbred lines and 42 hybrid combinations were analyzed through the investigation of agronomic traits and the determination of quality traits.The main results were as follows:1.Twenty pairs of SSR core primers had good amplification products for six DH lines of sweet corn.A total of 91 allele variations were detected in the six DH lines of sweet corn,with an average value of 4.55 for each locus and a range of 2-9.The average genetic distance of DH lines in six sweet corn samples was 0.8254 and the variation of genetic distance was between 0.713 and 0.944.The genetic distance between B1 and B6 was the largest,and that between B2 and B4 was the smallest.The six DH lines of sweet corn cultivars were divided into three groups by the method of clustering analysis.The first group included three materials of B1,B3 and B5.The second group included B2 and B4.The third group included one material of B6.2.The hybrids with strong heterosis in the 42 hybrids were S7?S8?S12?S22?S24?S28 and S30.The parents come from B4 and B6.3.The parents with good combining ability were B1,B4 and B6.Among the 42 hybrids,the ones with better special combining ability were S7,S8,S12,S28,S40,S42.In this experiment,hybrid combinations with good combining ability and strong heterosis were S7,S8,S12 and S28.Hybrid combinations with good combining ability showed common hybrid combinations S40 and S42.Based on the above results,it is considered that B4 and B6 were relatively good DH lines,and S7,S8,S12 and S28 were more potential hybrid combinations.
