Design And Realization Platform For Land Development And Consolidation Based On AutoCAD

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The CPC Central Committee and State Council put a high value on farmland protection and land consolidation.We must adhere to the strictest possible systems for protecting arable land and the cultivated land red line.Developed water conservancy construction and high-grade cropland.We must adhere to the strictest possible systems for economizing land use.Readjust and optimize the layout of the construction land,promote balanced development among urban and rural areas.Land consolidation as an important tool to adjust the production,living condition and ecology spatial pattern,is the basic method to construct the proper spatial pattern of land.Its design idea is through the comprehensive management of farmland,water,roads,forests and villages.Intensive land utilization to develop the agriculture into mechanized,large-scale.Planning design phase as the primary link in Land Development and Consolidation,which plays an important role in Land Consolidation.Design phase of Land Consolidation need to deal with large amounts of attribute data and graphic data.Designers unavoidable to make mistakes sometimes.Because of they manually draw the construction drawing,calculate construction quantity,statistical basic data.Then the design phase cause problems,such as too long cycle,inefficient and iterative changes.In this paper,Design and secondary exploration of “Platform system for land development and consolidation ”by the technology of ObjectARX based on AutoCAD to solve the Land Consolidation problems,The system consists of six modules which are the road engineering module,the water projects module,the earthwork calculation module,the engineering work module,the monomer chart database module,the menu of auxiliary function module.The system can design the road and water projects,summary the attribute data,automatic calculating quantity of construction,output the report form,build the graphic database.Based on the data of Xihu town Rizhao city Land Consolidation,Finally system application is show and explained.The system not only brings efficiency with Land Consolidation design but also reduces work quantity,ensures the accuracy of data statistics.It becomes more automation,and more convenient.
