Medicinal plants have a long history of planting and using in China, which has high economic and medicinal value. In recent years, the acceptance of Chinese medicine in China and internationally are increasing, and the market for traditional Chinese medicine and related products of traditional Chinese medicine has become increasingly prosperous. As a result, the demand for traditional Chinese medicine resources has increased drastically, and the resources for wild medicinal plants have become increasingly scarce, artificial cultivation of medicinal plants to fulfill market needs is an effective measure. However, medicinal plants grow harshly and are easily affected by their external environment to destroy their quality. Therefore, people often simulate the cultivation of medicinal plants in their wild environment, but large-scale centralized production methods lead to field diseases and the intensification of the spread of the spread threatens the cultivation of Chinese herbal medicine. The southwestern region of China is an important area for the cultivation of Chinese herbal medicine.Isolation and identification of pathogenic fungi on medicinal plants in the region will help clarify the types of pathogenic bacteria in the area and specifically prevent the diseases caused by them, and reduce the damage caused by pathogenic fungi.that can loss of yield and quality of cultivated Chinese medicine. From September 2016 to December 2017,a total of 110 samples were collected from the Imitation of wild cultivation herbal plantations in southwest China(Yunnan,Chongqing and Guizhou).A total of 118 strains of pathogenic fungi were isolated from 23 genera, focusing on the analysis of the two genera,Colletotrichumand Curvularia, which isolated much pathogenic strains.Among them, four genes(ITS,?-tubulin,ACT,GPDH)were used for molecular identification of the genus Colletotrichum, based on morphological identification. For Curvularia strains, four genes(ITS,LSU,GPDH,TEF)were used for molecular identification. Results: There are 30 strains of the genus Colletotrichums sp.,of which 28 strains have been identified as 8 reported species(Colletotrichum karstii,C.fructicola,C.sansevieriae,C.dematium,C.gloeosporioides,C.boninense,C.kahawae,C.siamense),and the remaining two strains(Colletotrichum sp.HGUP3289,Colletotrichum sp.HGUP3290)were not identified. There are 9 strains belonging to Curvularia,Which conclude one new species(C.microspora sp.nov.).By this study wen can find that for the two genuses, there are more medicinal plants for fungal infection of Colletotrichum sp.,which are the main fungal pathogens on medicinal plants;there are few medicinal infection by Curvularia sp.,most of which are saprophytic.Only Curvularia microspora is found to cause disease, which has been found to cause a new disease on the Hippeastrum rutilum. All the holotype of new species identified in our research are coserved in Plant Pathology Lab,Guizhou University.
