In this study, the green waste of Panjin Campus of Dalian University of Technology was taken as the research object, and the physical and chemical properties(temperature,acid-base value, conductivity, organic matter, seed germination potential, etc.)and microorganisms(bacteria, fungi)community structure during composting process of garden waste with adding saprophytic horse manure, urea and urea at different time were discussed. The results are as follows:(1)Adding saprophytic horse manure and urea can promote the composting of green waste. In the all group(control, saprophytic horse manure, urea, urea in the second pile),the maximum temperature of the reactor with saprophytic horse manure and urea was 64.3 ?,62.7 ?,66.2 ?and 62.4 ?,respectively, and the days of temperature at 55 were 12,7,5 and 8,respectively.The addition of urea has a great ?effect on the acidity and alkalinity of the compost, and the addition of sapropelic horse manure, urea and urea in the second pile can increase the total nitrogen content in the compost product, which is 32.21 mg/kg,37.95 mg/kg and 33.47 mg/kg respectively. The content of total nitrogen in the control group is 28.83 mg/kg.(2)The diversity of bacteria in compost could be affected by the addition of sapropelic horse manure and urea.In the composting of green waste, the bacteria belongs to a total of 31 phylum in the compost of garden waste.Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Firmicutes,Chloroflexi,Planctomycetes were the Dominant phylum. The relative abundance of them were 33.53%,20.13%,9.11%,18.10%,3.81% and 1.14%;At the genus level,a total of 1180 genus were obtained from all garden waste stacks, and 14 genus with an average abundance of more than 1.00% were obtained, which were Flavobacterium, microbacillus,Microbacterium,Pseudomonas,Devosia, spores,Sporosarcina and so on.(3)The addition of sapropelic horse manure had little effect on the species number and diversity of fungi in compost, but urea had a great effect on the species number and diversity of fungi in compost. There is a close relationship between the diversity of fungi and the nitrogen content in the compost and the quantity of fungi in the composting process of green waste.During composting, the average abundance of fungi belonging to Ascomycota,Basidiomycota, and Chytridiomycota was 81.28%,3.52% and 0.5%,respectively.The addition of saprophytic horse manure and urea had a great effect on the structure of composting fungi at genus level, and the addition of urea could significantly promote growth and reproduction of Arthrographis_kalrae,Aspergillus_niger and inhibit the growth and reproduction of Aspergillus_fumigatus,Sordariomycetes_sp.The addition of matured horse manure could significantly promote the growth and reproduction of Aspergillus_fumigatus.
