In order to comply with the national policy of vigorously developing agricultural intellectualization and promote the development of Intelligent Agriculture in China,China has increased investment in Intelligent Agriculture in recent years.Efficient utilization of precision agriculture is the most efficient way.It can get higher income level by the most economical way of operation.Combining with modern advanced technology and rational utilization of agricultural resources,this paper designs a variable rate fertilization wireless control system based on Android platform for precision fertilization technology.The system mainly includes fertilization monitoring APP and fertilization execution controller.The main content of this paper is as follows:1.Design of system hardware actuator.Fertilization execution controller mainly includes data acquisition module,frequency voltage conversion module,fertilization driver and fertilization driving motor.App sends control instructions to fertilization execution controller circularly after the system starts to realize the control of fertilizer applicator and the monitoring of operation status.2.System software design.App fertilization monitoring is developed on Android Studio platform,which provides an intuitive interface design window.It is a development platform specially designed by Google for Android applications,so it is more convenient and humane than traditional Eclipse.App interface for fertilization monitoring includes setting of Fertilization Parameters and monitoring and displaying of fertilization status.During system operation,APP interacts with fertilization execution controller through WiFi wireless network,and carries out data acquisition,data processing and data transmission at application end.Combined with proportional control algorithm and hysteresis control mode,the rotational speed of fertilization motor operates within 5% of the standard error of fertilization.Accurate fertilization is realized.3.System performance verification test.Firstly,the accuracy of the speed data of the fertilizer motor and the driving speed data of the fertilizer applicator is verified.Secondly,the accuracy of the control motor is investigated.Finally,when the accuracy of data monitoring and control meets the requirements,the fertilization accuracy of the system is verified.This system realizes the function of mobile APP replacing the host computer of fertilization controller.Users install APP through mobile phone to realize precise fertilization monitoring,reduce the cost of input,and provide reference for the promotion of Precise Fertilization and large data acquisition.
