In today's society, the content and means of research on crops have become more and more abundant.Hyperspectral remote sensing can rapidly and accurately extract the internal growth information of crops and monitor the growth trend of crops.Rapeseed is an important crop.Rape spectrum values are not the same,in different growth periods. In order to understand the relationship between the spectral values of rapeseed at different growth stages and the fluctuation of the canopy spectra of the adjacent phenophase under different planting patterns. In this paper, detrended cross-correlation analysis(DCCA)was used to obtain the correlation coefficients and their standard deviations of the spectral values of seedling and bolting, bolting and flowering, flowering and flowering, and flowering and fruiting in three sides.Using the randomly generated white noise time series, using detrended fluctuation analysis(DFA)to obtain the critical value of the fluctuation difference and its significant analysis. The results showed that the variability in the phenophase of the adjacent phenophase was different. The differences in the fluctuations of the blue, yellow, and red edges during the seedling and bolting were significant. However, only fluctuations in the fluctuations in the yellow-flank range and the red-edge range during the bolting and flowering periods were significant.Three-sided canopy spectral analysis can effectively display the growth characteristics of rapeseed. This work has important theoretical and practical significance for rapeseed research, and also provides an effective way to extract sensitive bands.
