| As a healthy food with rich nutrition,sweet corn is becoming more and more popular among consumers.At the same time,sweet corn is favored by most growers because of its high economic efficiency and simple cultivation technique.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the demand for sweet corn is gradually expanding,the cultivation area of sweet corn is increasing year by year,and the demand for high-quality sweet corn seeds is increasing.Cytoplasmic male sterility breeding is one of the main ways to utilize heterosis,which is of great significance to promote sweet corn production.In this research,Xiangnongtianyu2 normal cytoplasmic and C type sterile cytoplasmic were compared in agronomic,production and quality traits.The main results are as follows:(1)The chlorophyll content,leaf area,dry matter accumulation,yield and agronomic characters in two types of sweet corn in spring are all higher than in autumn;In the same planting season,the characteristics of c-type sterile cytoplasmic xiangnongtianyu2 were better than that of normal cytoplasmic xiangnongtianyu2.(2)The grain peel average thickness of 70μm and 66μm respectively after pollination,the autumn of 74μm and 69μm;In spring and autumn,two types of sweet corn were found to have the highest soluble sugar content and the lowest percentage of skin residue after the pollination of 20 d and 28 d respectively.In two seasons,the soluble protein content of normal cytoplasm and c-type sterile cytoplasm was in the "high-low-high" trend.Soluble starch has been on the rise;The content of soluble solids in two seasons reached the maximum at 24 d and 32 d respectively after pollination.(3)The yield and agronomic characters of the two types of sweet corn were higher than that of autumn,and the yield and agronomic traits of sweet corn of type C xiangnongtianyu2 were better than that of xiangnongtianyu2.In the spring,there was a difference of 2870.73 kg 、 2146.71 kg,and a significant difference in group difference between xiangnongtianyu2 and c-type xiangnongtianyu2.In autumn,there was a difference of 3654.21 kg and 2057.65 kg for each hectare of sweet corn,which is the same as the xiangnongtianyu2 and the c-type xiangnongtianyu2.(4)Combined with two types of cytoplasmic sweet corn is grown in the age season in the process of photosynthesis,dry matter accumulation and grain quality traits,yield and agronomic traits such as indicators,identified two types of cytoplasmic spring is suitable for sweet corn harvest time is about 20 d after pollination,autumn is about 28d;Two types of cytoplasmic sweet corn grain under the same planting season no significant difference between the grain quality,showed that C type infertility extranuclear xiangnongtianyu2 can be applied to practical production independently. |
