Wheat is one of the most widely distributed food crops in the world.China's wheat yield ranks the third in China's grain yield,occupies an extremely important position in China's grain crops,and improving the yield per unit area of wheat is of great significance to the development of China's agriculture.Wheat sowing is an important link to ensure wheat yield.The quality of sowing has an important influence on the growth and yield of wheat.Wheat and information technology in recent years is developed on the basis of the sow sowing wheat planting a more advanced technology,uniform seeding planting technology eliminates the inter-row ridge,uniform distribution of wheat is more uniform,provide good conditions for wheat,improve wheat on soil nutrient use efficiency,water and sunshine,make the wheat growth robust,earing rate is high,the granule is much and full,so as to improve wheat yield.In order to achieve uniform sowing and sowing of wheat,the combination of agricultural machinery and agronomy is required.The technology of uniform sowing and planting of wheat requires uniform distribution of wheat seeds on the basis of consistent sowing depth.According to the agronomic requirements of wheat uniform seeding technology,a wheat uniform seeding planter was developed in this paper.This paper mainly completed the following work:?1?According to the agronomic requirements of wheat uniform planting and the existing problems in the existing uniform planter,the overall design idea of the wheat uniform planter was determined.According to the overall design idea,the rotary tillage part,the transmission system and the ground wheel part of the uniform seeder are designed.?2?Through the establishment of mathematical model,theoretical analysis was made on the soil-throwing of the rotary blade of the front and rear axes of the rotary blade of the uniform seeder,and the equation of the movement of the blade tip was established.Further according to the tip trajectory motion equation to determine the knife shaft rotary knife after being thrown soil particles trajectory equation,and determine the knife shaft back then threw the rate of soil and soil distribution of soil,and to determine the seeding depth of control part of the soil retaining plate height,according to the theory of rotary tillage cast soil analysis verify the rationality of the rotary knife shaft space layout.?3?A uniform seeding device with a discrete plate structure was designed,and the movement process and seeding effect of wheat seed particles in the uniform seeding device were simulated by DEM technology.Among them by measuring the three-dimensional geometry of the wheat seed and consulting relevant literature,to determine the wheat seed particles and the physical characteristics and movement characteristics of the geometry simulation model parameters,so as to establish the wheat seeds in the EDEM particle model in material contact model,through the response surface analysis method to determine the need for the simulation of the discrete structure parameters,through discrete element simulation analysis,and different statistical discrete plate structure parameters in seeding uniformity coefficient of variation,which when?1=60°,?1=15°,?2=60°,?2=15°,the smallest,variation coefficient of wheat seed particles distribution is 3.54%.?4?According to the optimal parameters in the simulation results,the uniform seeding device was made,and through the bench performance test,the test showed that the average variation coefficient of the horizontal uniformity of the uniform seeding device was 6.94%.On this basis,a model of uniform seeder was developed,and field experiments were carried out in ningxia agricultural reclamation spring wheat uniform seeding and drip irrigation water and fertilizer integration technology demonstration base.
