In this study,a double pressure roller structure community peanut seeder was designed with a small peanut seeder as the research object,which had a better ridge setting effect than the single press roller structure community peanut seeder.The method of coupling discrete elements and multibody dynamics was used to study the community peanut seeder,and the operation process of the community peanut seeder was coupled and analyzed,and the field test was compared and analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the simulation test,which was more efficient than the traditional research method,which provided a new research method for the development of this type of equipment and improved the efficiency and accuracy of the development of such tools.The main work and summary of this article are as follows:(1)Taking Yuhua 22 peanut seeds as the research object,the triaxial size,moisture content,100-grain weight,Poisson’s ratio,shear modulus,friction coefficient,accumulation angle and collision recovery coefficient were determined respectively,and they were divided into three types according to their shape characteristics.The discrete element model of the three seeds was established by spherical particle bonding,and the discrete element model was simulated and verified(2)Taking the community peanut seeder as the research object,a double press roller structure community peanut seeder was designed,the whole machine design scheme was determined,and the suspension device,main frame,front press drive roller and transmission system were designed(3)Through the coupling method of discrete element and multibody dynamics,the operation process of the community peanut seeder is coupled to simulate,the soil density is measured,and the soil particle discrete element model is established,the simulation model of the community peanut seeder is established,the constraints and drives between the components are added in the Adams software,and the EDEM discrete element simulation software and Adams multibody dynamics simulation software are used to couple the simulation by combining the established peanut seed model,and the coupling simulation results are analyzed(4)The processing and assembly of the prototype of the community peanut seeder were completed and the field test was carried out,the measurement of soil hardness,soil moisture content,peanut sowing uniformity,sowing consistency measurement,ridge quality and slip rate were measured,and compared with the coupling simulation results,the feasibility of using the coupling method of discrete element and multibody dynamics coupling to study the community peanut seeder was verified.
