Intelligence,precision and safety of agricultural machinery are the inevitable trend of future development.The state has also put forward the slogan of "precision agriculture".Remote monitoring technology is one of the hot research topics in the field of intellectualization,and it is also an important means to realize the intellectualization of agricultural machinery.The remote monitoring system of unmanned rice transplanter based on Qt platform is developed under the key project of Jiangsu Province's Key Research and Development Plan(Modern Agriculture)"The development of unmanned rice transplanter BE2015351".The system can effectively improve the operating environment and labor intensity of operators,improve grain production efficiency,and has broad market application prospects.The remote monitoring system of the unmanned rice transplanter designed in this paper adopts C/S mode.It consists of three parts: information collection system,communication system and remote monitoring center.Remote monitoring system of unmanned rice transplanter takes Qt as its development platform,which enhances the portability of the system.The system uses sensors,GPS,4G communication,GIS,database,Socket and image processing technology to realize the remote real-time monitoring of the unmanned rice transplanter,and presents the working condition parameters,position information and transplanting quality of the transplanter to the user in a graphical way combined with the electronic map,and the users can also get alarm prompts when the transplanter is abnormal,so as to issue instructions to intervene in time.Firstly,the paper describes the research status of intelligent agricultural machinery and remote monitoring system at home and abroad.Through the analysis of the functional requirements of the monitoring system,the overall design scheme of the monitoring system based on Qt platform is obtained.Then the structure and working principle of the system are introduced,and the key technologies involved are explained in detail.Secondly,according to the working environment and characteristics of the transplanter,the round-trip mode of operation is chosen to plan the path trajectory.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the trajectory of the round-trip operation mode,the starting operation direction and the turning mode of the ground head of the transplanter are determined,and the trajectory planning scheme of the full coverage path of the transplanter in the rectangular field is obtainedby geometric method.Then,the Qt integrated development environment is built on Windows and Linux platform respectively.Based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the client,the client is divided into three modules: data management unit,GIS function realization and data communication unit.The server part realizes the communication function,formulates the data communication format,completes the access to MySQL database,and gives the key implementation code in several core functions.Finally,the main functional modules of the unmanned rice transplanter were tested separately,and under the normal test results,the functions of the system were tested with the whole monitoring system software.The experimental results show that the monitoring system can realize the remote real-time monitoring and management of the transplanter,and achieve the desired results.
