With the continuous improvement of the intelligent level of the agricultural machinery,the research on autonomous operation of unmanned agricultural machinery is also in rapid development.Real-time and accurate monitoring of the conditions and planting quality of rice transplanter,and timely alarm in the event of failure is an important guarantee to ensure the safety and efficient operation of rice transplanter,which can effectively improve the efficiency of operation and reduce the security risks.This paper designed a set of unmanned rice transplanter remote monitoring system,which composes of two parts: the rice transplanter machine terminal and remote monitoring center,using C/S mode for communication.The rice transplanter collects condition detection information,locating information and seedling planting quality information obtained by the image algorithm,and uploads them to the remote monitoring center through the GPRS network.The remote monitoring center displays the machine condition information in real time in the form of man-machine interface,and shows its working location and planting quality intuitively on the map.What is more,it can carry out alarm indication for abnormal data and send command to control the rice transplanter.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of unmanned rice transplanter and remote monitoring system at home and abroad.On the basis of analyzing the functional requirements of machine terminal and remote monitoring center of the system,the overall design scheme of the system is put forward.The basic composition and the working principle of the system is introduced.And GPS,GIS,GPRS and Socket technology related to system development are summarized.Secondly,the overall frame of the rice transplanter machine terminal is set up.With the industrial computer serving as machine processor,GPS receiver,GPRS communication module,camera and the data acquisition card are extend externally.The hardware function module of the machine terminal is selected and designed.And on the basis of which,the VC development environment is used to design the machine terminal software program,which mainly includes the classification of all kinds of conditions information of the rice transplanter,the software design of the communication program,and the use of image matching,image segmentation,BP neural Network and other algorithms to get the state of the seedlings and the level processing.Then,on the basis of software and hardware design of the rice transplanter machine terminal,the remote monitoring center is designed.It introduces the design and implementation process of the remote monitoring center in detail in the three aspects of database,server and monitoring client.The data communication and remote control are completed by using Socket and multi-threading technology.The received data are stored and managed by using database technology.What is more,the use of VC developed a good monitoring client man-machine interface,and the real-time positioning of rice transplanter and seeding planting quality on map are displayed using GIS technology.Finally,the main hardware modules of rice transplanter were tested,and on the basis of which,the various functional modules of the monitoring system were debugged.It is verified that the monitoring system basically realized the function of real-time monitoring of long-distance rice transplanter.
