As a large agricultural country,China’s agricultural development level greatly affects the development of the national economy.In recent years,China’s agriculture has been developing at a high speed,which has brought a series of soil problems while solving the problem of people’s food and clothing and improving the level of the national economy.How to deal with the large amount of straw produced by crop planting and production is also an urgent problem to be solved at present.Most of the land tillage machines currently used in our country have shallow tillage depth.During operation,a large amount of straw returned to the field will be buried in the shallow tillage layer,resulting in excessive straw density near the root of the crop,affecting the growth of the crop.Moreover,shallow tillage cannot improve the soil structure and prevent soil erosion.At the same time,in order to improve crop yield,the problem of soil-borne diseases in soil caused by high multiple-crop index and continuous cropping of soil is serious.At present,most of the domestic soil disinfection methods are to cover plastic film after spraying disinfectant on the surface.This method cannot disinfect deep soil,and at the same time,it will cause secondary pollution to the soil,which will have a malignant impact on the subsequent land tillage,resulting in the decline of crop quality and yield.It cannot well solve the problem of soil diseases and insect pests and does not meet the requirements of sustainable ecological agriculture construction.In view of the above problems,the development of deep rotary tillage machines and the research of deep soil disinfection methods have become important topics to solve the problems of agricultural soil in China and promote the rapid development of agriculture in China.Therefore,this paper puts forward an operation method that can spray disinfection of deep soil while deep rotary tillage,and designs and develops the tilting symmetric vertical rotary tillage and disinfection integrated machine.Firstly,this paper designs the transmission system,the whole machine and all its components,designs and checks the transmission system according to the traction tractor power,and determines the installation location of soil disinfection components and the main technical parameters and performance parameters of the whole machine.According to the working condition of the integrated machine,the mechanicalconstitutive tests of soil and straw materials were carried out for the soil and straw in the test field,and the vertical and variation laws of shear stress,shear strength and other parameters of straw as well as the internal friction angle,cohesion and other parameters of soil were obtained.In order to further study the tilling performance of the tilting symmetric vertical rotary tillage and disinfection integrated machine,this paper uses the nonlinear finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA to establish a blade roll-soil-straw simulation model,and respectively analyzes the equivalent stress distribution law of straw and soil during cutting.The change law of cutting force,soil cutting energy consumption and power consumption of the front and rear cutter rollers during cutting are studied,and the change of various parameters with time is obtained.The results show that the inclined cutter rollers of the integrated machine can achieve the effects of reducing cutting force and saving energy consumption.Field tests were carried out on a prototype of the tilting symmetric vertical rotary tillage and disinfection integrated machine to detect the actual farming performance and disinfection effect of the integrated machine.The test indexes of the vertical rotary tillage of powder ridges,such as tillage depth,tillage depth stability and soil breaking rate,were measured and calculated respectively,and the soil samples before,after and after the disinfection operation of the integrated machine were compared to test the disinfection effect of the integrated machine on soil.The test results show that the vertical opposed oblique rotary tillage and disinfection integrated machine with powder ridge has large depth and good ability,has high cultivation quality,and can effectively realize deep disinfection of soil at the same time.rotary.
